..."מצידה השני של הוילה, בת המאה ה-19, מזרקה נוספת נשפכת אל בריכת שחיה בנויה אבן, שהחלוצים היו הורגים בשביל להתרחץ בה. מכאן אפשר לראות את החלק השני של המתחם: מבנה אבן מאורך אל מול רחבה גדולה מרוצפת בזלת שחורה. המבנה מחולק ל-3 סוויטות זוגיות שקשה לא להתאהב בהן (תרתי משמע...).
