It was fun

We stayed in both units and therefore had complete privacy. The pool is really fun and the place is polished. We received plenty of towels for the shower and also towels for the pool. There are some childhood illnesses, because these are brand new B&Bs. For example - the door handle that leads from one of the suites to the pool complex falls off, the smoke detector was activated for no reason at night. The shower is great, but there was a lack of soap (in one of the suites there was no soap at all, in the other only for the hands) and there was a lack of a hanging device for the toiletries - not everyone can bend down... In addition, you should think about the kitchen equipment: serving utensils, salt, pepper, oil, etc. were missing . Provided: Starbucks coffee capsules, milk, sugar, coffee and tea (no sucrose). The refrigerator is large and excellent, the microwave is placed too high. All in all we had a great time

The villa is very beautiful, very spacious, the yard is large. The swimming pool which is also a huge jacuzzi. The owner of the villa is very nice and very helpful. The villa was polished. Worth every penny

We arrived 2 couples and 3 small children to stay for 2 nights in August. When we arrived, we were amazed at how beautiful the place is, clean and spotless. The pool is large compared to what is available in other places, the surrounding area is very green and wide. The house has a breathtaking view of the landscape, the place is equipped with a snooker table, a ping pong table and a couch. The place for all the guests to enjoy pure and extraordinary.

A series of disappointments

We stayed at Suite Michel for two nights. The place has some inherent problems: the B&B is located right above the observation deck and the performance stage, and from the balcony you can hear everything - the people walking on the observation deck, the loud concerts (which take place there on Fridays), the rehearsals before the show, the foldings after the show, the teenagers who sit there in the wee hours of the night. So there is no silence. What's more, the path that leads to the observation deck passes right next to the suite, and from there you can see the entire balcony, so there is no privacy either. In addition: the view does not look like the pictures because it is partially hidden by vegetation that has not been pruned for a long time. The jets in the hot tub did not work. The pool is not fun, much smaller than it looks in the pictures, and it was half full, and the sunbathing area next to it is not well maintained and unpleasant. In the B&B there was no minimal refreshments, no fruit or chocolates and no bottle of wine, and also - there were no bathrobes and spa shoes - all the things you expect to have in such an expensive accommodation. But the worst thing really was the ants in the kitchen!!! This was difficult for us to deal with. We told about all these problems (there are more, but less critical) to the owner of the guesthouse who came to try to fix the jacuzzi (and failed). We received a discount of NIS 500 as compensation for a jacuzzi, which means we paid NIS 1350 per night for a bed and breakfast without a jacuzzi, without privacy, with noise, ants, an Intex pool and a partial view. We should note that the owner of the guesthouse explained to us that he forgot (!) to inform us about the show and the noise and the ants and that he usually does this. Obviously, if we knew what was going on there, we wouldn't even consider ordering. Also, a guest house owner promised to trim the vegetation and said that he intends to build a normal pool. At the same time, we did not feel that he was truly sorry for what we experienced.

A series of inaccuracies and a soft hand on the keyboard. Allegedly destroying the livelihood of a family that earns a living in the Galilee. In the lovely Amirim and the Land of Israel we are in the heart of nature and there are everything here, scorpions, snakes, pigs, jackals, foxes, rabbits, peacocks, horses and also ants, (nothing has ever happened to anyone) so in the heat of August when you give them a reason they come. I emphasize putting food in the refrigerator and we do everything to eradicate the phenomenon, but at the height of the heat it is difficult to cope and again if you don't give them good reasons they don't come. The lovely performances in honor of Shabbat are held at the lovely Mitzpe (which is one of the most amazing locations in Israel facing the Sea of Galilee and we were privileged to live above the Mitzpe and also the wonderful Michel Suite) so the shows are only held on Fridays in the summer for an hour or so, for the vast majority it didn't interfere and your partner also said it was good . Other noises I ask to contact me and I take care of it. 95% of the time this phenomenon does not exist, I say this outright to our future guests. We provide robes and towels upon request, not everyone wants robes!! We have never worn slippers and neither will we, nor do all the arrangements of balloons in our school, because we are interested in a bit of ecology. We are not Dubai, we make the good old Land of Israel accessible with all good will, but you chose not to show any empathy for it. The B&B is endowed with maximum visual privacy and we use the plants for this purpose. Voices are rarely heard and on the days of the amazing shows that our guests get a private show on Fridays in the summer and praise with opinions, if you read it you can understand where you are coming from..! The pool is as in the pictures one by one and so is the guest house except for upgrades that we have not photographed yet such as a pergola, an additional sunbathing deck, shower and kitchen elements have been replaced from wood to marble. And to finish with the Jacuzzi there was an unexpected malfunction, the first time something like this has happened to us while staying at a B&B. I made up for it!!

I must mention the Arbel View Boutique Suite, our experience began even before we arrived at the complex when Oren the owner called and gave us a warm and kind attitude right from the initial phone call, upon entering the complex it was impossible to ignore the amazing cleanliness of the complex, the breathtaking view and the maintenance of the suite which was at a level The highest, we spent three amazing days and much more than what we thought and expected and a lot thanks to the warm and kind treatment we received from Oren who was available to our every request/answer during the vacation, there is no doubt that we will recommend to other couples to come and there is no doubt that we will come back again because we simply had a wow

A perfect vacation

We spent a week with the children and grandchildren in the four suites of Batchi. It was just perfect, the rooms are spacious and equipped with the necessary equipment. The place is clean, the pool and the outside environment to the rooms is well-kept and clean, the hosts Bat Sheva and Shalom were charming, friendly, answered all our requests and even gave us a pass to the garage. The view is perfect and there is something to do in the area. It was just fun and we're sure we'll be back.

About two months ago we stayed at another B&B in the north, and the disappointment was very great. I was very apprehensive about this vacation, but as soon as we entered the compound, I breathed a sigh of relief. Everything looks perfect. My partner and I closed a weekend and I want to say that first of all Bat Sheva is a stunning host, I have no words to describe, she came to meet us in everything from the small to the big details, she has a heart of gold, does everything with love, is always available, an excellent and abundant breakfast, we were surprised in our life, we have never experienced such good hospitality and We will talk about the brilliant and perfect place and everything is exactly like in the pictures if not better!!! It was just amazing!

We stayed for 2 nights, and we would have been happy to stay longer:) Let's start with the host Asif who was simply charming and kind and took care of everything for us. Quick response to any question or need, pampering and plenty in the room that included clean towels, soaps, ice creams, chocolates, several types of drinks, a coffee machine and a bottle of wine that he brought us especially as we wanted. And also took care of the blessing in honor of our wedding anniversary:) The suite is decorated to the highest standard, very luxurious, clean and spacious. A spacious and luxurious double shower with a meticulous and brilliant design. The pool is beautiful in a very private place in front of the mountains (there is some wind in the area), and there is also a jacuzzi near the pool with hot water:) The location is excellent - a relatively short drive to Tiberias and Safed. Highly recommend coming, the investment is very noticeable in the place. We had a great time and would love to come back in Israel! :))

Pastoral in the air of Galilee

B&B with tremendous potential. It is evident that there was a professional hand that designed the B&B and its surroundings with great talent. Pool and jacuzzi in the yard which are the candy. But, and this is a very big but - the maintenance, especially outside and inside the B&B, must improve. Lacking landscaping, the outdoor furniture finished its function a long time ago and needs to be replaced. There is no outdoor lighting on the path leading to the guest house. In the suite there are swinging sockets, burnt out light bulbs, a curtain that has partially come off the rail, a small coffee table is missing to place a drink in front of the TV, there is no dispenser for shampoo and soap in the shower. It's a shame, such a shame because the unit is really spacious and invested. The big disappointment stems from the expectation of class as it appears in the pictures, and in practice it didn't really happen. Especially in light of the fact that the rate is really not cheap.

It was more than perfect!

The B&B was amazing, Pnina and Reuven are lovely people! It was fun to stay, there is a jacuzzi, a pool with a perfect view... the bed and breakfast was clean, there is a coffee machine and they dispense capsules and milk! It was amazing for sure we will be back

We had an amazing experience at Yael and Dani's B&B, quiet and peaceful, generous refreshments including a very nice alcohol bar, an amazing and pampering breakfast and cleanliness on a completely different level. Highly recommended, already waiting for the next time.

Extraordinary B&B!

Another level!!!. Highly recommend coming! Beyond the fact that this is a place with 100% privacy, full of greenery and water (one shared pool and another smaller and cooler private pool), Yael's hospitality is beyond expectations! Attention to aesthetics and beauty, cleanliness, thinking down to the smallest details (in the fridge at the B&B she puts cakes/cookies and all kinds of home made things to snack on and everything is so delicious, varied and beautiful!) Excellent breakfasts - fresh tasting and all home made. We were two nights and it was just great! Another level of B&Bs in Israel. We really hope to come again! Highly recommended

We came to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday. We got a particularly dirty villa in the bathroom, we didn't get an answer when we asked someone to come clean. Very disappointing for the price we paid. A large pool and a wide garden area. Kitchen not so equipped... in short - disappointing
