On an enchanting side road on the slope of Mt. Hazon, opposite Mt. Meron, in one of the most beautiful locations in the region, two spacious wood cabins were built with Jacky, the owner's, own two hands. Together with his wife, he provides you with an immediate warm, homey feeling, from the moment you arrive. This is not your typical Galil location. Another type of atmosphere rules here. Something about this mountain, Mt. Hazon, apparently makes all the difference – and also about the people here. Whoever wishes to, and can, disassociate for a moment from the daily routine, is assured a romantic, quality vacation with warm, dedicated hosts.

I was lucky, the roses were just blooming when I arrived to check the compound and made my entrance pleasant. In addition to the impressive and unique view of Mount Miron, a large and well-kept vegetable garden immediately caught my eye: the idea is that each guest is invited to pick from this greenery and prepare a personal morning salad. The fruits of the trees in the compound also participate in the celebration. Before I entered, I examined in depth the outdoor area of each unit: although the units are not very far from each other, they are cleverly placed at different heights, so that privacy is well felt.
The units offer in their outdoor complex an outdoor spa jacuzzi, a comfortable swing and a spacious sitting area. The feeling of comfort continues inside as well. A pleasant combination of stone, wood and plaster with an open space makes the space "breathe" and at the same time embrace. The color combinations convey silence, romance and the accessories are simply excellent. The eye is immediately caught by the jacuzzi, which is well located in the space and overlooks the extensive view through reflective windows that only allow a view from the inside out. The sitting area is elegant and comfortable, the kitchen is large and equipped for cooking and heating, and a variety of books and magazines to peruse. A large bed is placed in the open space, facing the view.
You can order (in advance) a couples massage to complete the experience. Dinners can be ordered - according to the menu, by prior arrangement. Fruit trees and a vegetable garden and spices for your use, you can treat yourself to a tea infusion from your private garden. Akab, a personal recommendation - for those who want to surprise their partner - it is advisable to call the owners of the B&B about an hour before arriving in order to fill the indoor jacuzzi. The area of Mount Chazon and Mount Miron is unique and impressive. If you want to get out of your B&B, you can enjoy a variety of activities and attractions: kayaking, tours to heritage sites, nature walks and more. It is possible and desirable to consult with the owner.
The units built by Jackie are well "tailored" and perfectly located within the landscape. The interior design is high quality and the general atmosphere here is particularly pleasant. It has all the necessary ingredients for a quality romantic vacation, especially when the hosts are so caring and warm.

The cabin is very spacious and equipped (jacuzzi and shower, espresso machine, etc.).
The design is tasteful but expensive.

The garden is beautiful and there is also a view and a jacuzzi outside (bring a bathing suit).
The breakfast is really rich with a variety of homemade pastries.

A dreamy place with an amazing view, spectacular and elaborate design and lots of treats!! Owners who do everything to give an amazing experience and really a feeling of a high and exclusive level!
On the way home now from a weekend at Dafna and Jackie's.. we couldn't wait to write the recommendation already! We were one night at the noble mountain and enjoyed so much a pleasant, quiet and pastoral place with a wonderful garden and pleasant, generous hosts and plenty of treats for us and Joy Joy our dog who was also welcomed.
Jacky is a charming conversationalist, never stopped coming with delicious surprises and shared with us the story of the place and his and his wife's work.
It was a relaxing and pampering weekend, at a level we did not expect.

We are happy that we checked out the B&B in Hahar Ha'Zil.
Admittedly, this is the first time for both of us in a B&B and we have no benchmark for comparison,
But we were pleasantly surprised by:

The beauty of the unit itself and the outside includes cleanliness at a very high level
The snacks and little treats
And of course the unforgettable breakfast!
Also, we had a certain fear that the B&B was not really gay friendly, to our joy the fear was wrong! :)
