For our extended family of 18 people, adults and children, a long and pampering weekend in August. While the country is boiling in all respects, we were able to refresh ourselves and enjoy a wonderful and cool family vacation at Villa Bachazon. We stayed in the entire complex, including suites, which allowed privacy for each family, and on the other hand, to gather and spend time together in the common areas - the pool, the jacuzzi, the ping pong and the basketball facilities. It was easy to eat together. The large table in the spacious living room allows this and even more. Despite the great heat in August, it was possible to sit outside in the afternoon and enjoy a pleasant breeze and watch one of the most beautiful sunsets we've seen in Israel. Thanks to Mirav, the owner of the villa, who was very available and informative throughout the booking process, and to Maor the technical man who was available for any question or request. When I go up to the compound, I am aware of the greatest advantage of this place: privacy. It starts with the fact that each of the two stone buildings has a private parking lot and a separate entrance. It continues when the gate opens and your eyes are filled with blue – of the distant sea and the private pool set in the yard – and all around there are bamboo walls for complete privacy and only the west direction is open to the sea. That's how you build a wall.

Even 200 meters after passing through the gate and entering the settlement of Avirim, it is still difficult to distinguish the houses in the dense forest. When I finally managed to find the forest fairy among the trees, I remembered how my daughter once asked: "Dad, are there really fairies?" So in this case, the answer could definitely be "yes". I didn't find a huge yard here, or an endless compound, but there is exactly what you need here: a romantic, small and embracing corner, open to exactly where you need it: to the mountain opposite.
