Romantic, relaxing and special

Kind service, clean place and a perfect view, an amazing experience and an excellent location, a heated pool was excellent, the connection to the projector and the speaker is a bit weak, but good, it is not recommended to cook in the B&B

The suite is simply amazing, service above all expectations, the hostess took care of us on Saturday morning for a meal and Jahanon at the expense of the house. The pool is just incredibly accurate in one word, an experience

An ideal guesthouse for a family

A spacious, covered, heated and private pool (beyond expectations and what is common in most B&Bs). A large and well-maintained yard with several sitting areas. Quality family jacuzzi in the suite. Warm hospitality in a precise dose. Beautiful rooms for parents and children. In short, everyone had a great time and it's really hard to find a substantial drawback.

Invested but disappointing

The place is very meticulous, but the attitude is bad. On the first morning of our stay, the pergola broke and came out of its place, thus shutting down everything outside (the pool, the view, the screen) - we stayed in a "resort" room (very expensive), and when we spoke on the phone he said he would come (two hours later he still hasn't come) and announced in advance that there would be nothing to do about it during the holidays. Then also due to a medical emergency we had to leave. As "compensation" we were offered one evening (we booked two) in the middle of the week (we booked on the weekend) valid for two (winter) months - despite the attempts to contact and get an adequate response, the host simply wrote that he was abroad and that was the end of the communication - in a show of disdain and opacity that has been going on for a long time I didn't come across, and more from someone who deals in hospitality, and is the owner of the place... clearly not recommended.

Dear fan, we are very sorry that these are your feelings. The review written does not describe what happened during your stay at the accommodation complex. First of all I would like to add that the zip screen (1 of 3) that came off as a result of stormy weather and strong winds that blew on Friday morning (27.1) was not under our control, and does not interfere with being in the pool at all. To quickly leave the suite due to your personal emergency... and therefore we did not have the possibility to compensate you during your stay at the place. It is important to say that, even though it was a case of force majeure, the host took responsibility, and offered you adequate compensation of one night at no cost. The latecomer chose to compensate you for a one-night stay since you stayed at the complex one night out of a two-night reservation. You chose not to take and implement the late offer for your personal reasons during this period.
