After two very in-depth visits to the place, I realized that the secret lies in the happiness of the hosts. Happy hosts = a place whose planning, design, and service are done with heart. Not with attention, but with heart. Their broad hearts stem from the fact that they have fulfilled a good and pleasant dream. Because who among us doesn't sometimes dream of purchasing a piece of land and planting a large grove on it? Yes, further south, on the edge of the desert, and if that's the case, with the bonus of ten years of quality time related to the ecological construction of a beautiful hospitality complex. Well, so it happened to them, and the result is not something that can be quantified or described in words. It is about creating an environment bursting with good energy that supports us, the guests, in exactly the place where our soul is not at peace, the one who is always looking for the "perfect B&B" - but is actually trying to find a place that will radiate peace.

Even 200 m after passing the gate and entering the settlement of Avirim, it is still difficult to distinguish the houses in the dense forest. When I finally managed to find the forest fairy among the trees, I remembered how my daughter once asked: "Daddy, are there really fairies?". So in this case the answer may well be "yes". I didn't find a huge yard here, or an endless compound, but here is exactly what you need: a romantic, small and embracing corner, open exactly where you need it: to the mountain opposite. There are 2 units here, and each one has its own advantages: one offers the view you would like to have at home, and the other the privacy you would want on your balcony.

There aren't many complexes like this, I think to myself as I finish my visit to the "Lev Carmel Estate" in Kerem Maharal. And I'm not just talking about the relative proximity to the central area, which allows those who want a little jump abroad 40 minutes from Tel Aviv. I'm talking about the fact that this place is definitely abroad in terms of the standard of construction, thinking, and design. The location itself is crazy, on a hill that looks far and wide toward open fields and green mountains.
