It's a very simple, logical secret and related to the fact that you chose to stay in a small and quiet place, and not in some hotel. And Gil and Tal "discovered" this secret. After two very in-depth visits to the place, I realized that the secret is in the happiness of the hosts. Happy hosts = a place whose planning, design and service are done with heart. Not with attention, but with heart. Their broad heart stems from the fact that they have fulfilled a good and pleasant dream. Because who of us doesn't sometimes dream of purchasing a property and planting a large grove in it? Yes, actually further south, on the edge of the desert, and if at all then let it be with a bonus of ten years of quality time related to the ecological construction of a beautiful hospitality complex. Well, so it happened to them, and the result is not something that can be quantified, or described in words. It is about the creation of an environment bursting with good energies that supports us, the guests, exactly in the place that is not calm in the soul, the one that is always looking for the "perfect B&B" - but is actually trying to find a place that will radiate peace to him.

There aren't many complexes like this, I think to myself as I finish the visit to the "Heart of the Carmel Estate" in Kerem Maharal. And I'm not just talking about the relative proximity to the central area that allows those who want a little jump abroad 40 minutes away from Tel Aviv. I'm talking about the fact that this place is definitely foreign in terms of the standard of construction, thinking and design. The location itself is crazy, on a hill that looks far away towards open fields and green mountains. As I look at this impossible image of the landscape, I begin to feel the effect: what started as an aesthetic pleasure has slowly turned into something spiritual. Something opened inside me. I am here on a good day, because from the hanging balcony you can see the Carmel Range to the west and the Golan Mountains to the east, the Harbel Cliff and the Sea of Galilee, which looks like a swimming pool on the palm of your hand.
