A true rural hospitality experience
We liked it
The quiet rural atmosphere, the pool surrounded by green scenery, the large common spaces, and the pizza shop in the complex.
We noticed that
Animals roam the compound area, best suited for a large group or family. A step at the entrance prevents wheelchair access. The pool is heated during the transitional seasons (starting in April).
Many B&Bs promise guests a rustic atmosphere, but Beit Bekerem takes that promise one step further. The three units of the place, and especially the large common area around them, offer a special experience with a connection to the green nature around. Children will find a piece of paradise here, running around on the large lawn, petting rabbits and dogs, and even being able to collect eggs from the chicken coop and meet a horse.
Location and ambience
Kerem Ben Zimra is a moshav located in the Upper Galilee, north of the city of Safed. It is an agricultural and rural moshav in nature, which is clearly expressed in the "Beit Bekerem" complex. Already at the entrance to the parking lot through the dirt path, you can feel the soothing and good flow of wind, and notice the open mountain landscape surrounding the moshav. Inside, the rural feeling is intensified thanks to the cabins and the green corners between them. This is the place for those who want to combine "regular" cabin entertainment in one vacation, with a jacuzzi, pool and treats, with an all-inclusive entertainment experience that is very suitable for families with children. There is a wildlife area with rabbits, cats, dogs and geese, and you can visit the chicken coop and even feed the horse that lives in the complex.
What does the place include
The Beit Bekerem complex includes three almost identical units, a large outdoor common area with a pool, and a shared kitchen and dining room. The nature of the place and the proximity between the units are suitable for hosting an extended family or group of friends together – each unit has a double bed (1.60) and a gallery floor with four single beds, which can be used by children or adults. The units themselves are cozy and luxurious, with a renovated and designed shower, a 55-inch TV and a dining table for four. The real highlight is the jacuzzi spa complex located in each of the cabins – in two of them it is located in a room close to the unit, and in the third the jacuzzi is external and allows for double or group entertainment in the open air.
The large common area offers many opportunities for quality time together. The large, heated pool, surrounded by seating areas and sunbeds, serves as a stunning vantage point for the open Galilee landscape. In addition, there are many seating and recreation areas, swings and hammocks, alongside a cool barbecue area with a charcoal grill – the products of which can be enjoyed on the large lawn in a quality picnic.
You should know
Breakfast can be pre-ordered according to guests' needs, and wine from the owners' private winery can be ordered.
There is an electric vehicle charging station.
The complex sells strictly kosher pizzas, Sunday-Thursday from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, as well as Shabbat meals.
The shared kitchen is fully equipped and allows for full cooking, and also has a large refrigerator and a table for 18 diners. The units themselves have a kitchenette that is not adapted for cooking.

This place promises a perfect hospitality experience for families with children – whether it's animals and green spaces, or pampering and relaxation in a spa jacuzzi – everyone can find what they are interested in here. This is the place to enjoy true peace that can only be found when you get close to nature, breathe clean air and create experiences.

An extraordinary experience
We arrived at the house in Kerem 3 families with children. Everything was just perfect and beyond. The heated pool, the pampering rooms, with a lot of space and comfort for the children, a crazy jacuzzi and a shared kitchen that simply answers everything. Fully equipped and makes preparing meals fun and easy. There are many pleasant corners for sitting, and large dining tables, and really, the place is really, really comfortable and ideal for vacationing with the extended family or a few friends. We didn't feel the need to leave the place at all.

Perfect vacation!!!
A place that is an amazing experience!! Just think of everything!! If it is full of charming sitting areas, a large and clean pool, 3 jacuzzis, a crazy view and a well-kept area, a huge well-equipped and clean dining room, clean and tidy cabins and the owners of the place who are amazing people!! We even went to collect eggs in the coop :) Highly recommend and are already looking forward to coming back.

A perfect clean treat
We arrived for two nights of a family vacation with small children, teenagers, young people, grandparents...it was perfect for everyone! A beautiful place, maintained at the highest level I've come across, charming and well-kept, a huge shared kitchen and equipped with everything you need, a lovely and large pool, a view, ducks, a huge jacuzzi both in the common area and in the room. Everything is clean, clean and really pampering. Wow!!!

A magical and pampering place
We took all three B&Bs in the complex. The place is magical and luxurious with a pool and outdoor jacuzzi. There is also a large and fully equipped outdoor kitchen. Linda the host made sure to bring us everything we needed and also spoiled us with fresh farm eggs and bottles of wine from the local winery. We had a great time, we will definitely be back.

Totally great
The cabins are very well arranged for a family with children. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a shaded pool. Perfect for three families. The host's house brought us wine and eggs. It is important to know that there is a chicken coop very close to those who find it disturbing. It was nice for us. What is important is to improve the following: the air conditioner in the children's space was not controllable. only works or not. very problematic. The televisions flicker. A bit annoying. The double beds did their thing and it was time to change mattresses and beds and sheets. Preference for 1.60 and not 140 (we are tall people and it was difficult). Besides that, the place is really fun and comfortable. Really little Tuscany.

The best we've been to so far
It was very difficult to find B&Bs for the whole extended family and how happy we were in the end because it definitely paid off, a good small and pleasant atmosphere, pleasant and clean pampering B&Bs, we were pampered and entertained in an exceptional way. I have no doubt that we will return on our next vacation

Nice place - not nice hosts
Even before arriving on vacation, my sisters and I (3 families) started looking for a place to vacation for two nights during the holiday week. We found this place and wanted to check inquiries. My sister sent a request through the website, but the request was rejected after a few hours. Since we liked the place, I decided to send a request again and received a reply from the owner of the place, when she claimed that they do not accept at least 3 nights. After consulting with the family, we decided to go despite the (significant) additional payment for us. I asked about the check-in-check-out times, which I found quite strange and inconvenient (check-in at 3:30 p.m. and check-out at 10:30 a.m.!) and I received an answer that this could be checked closer to the arrival dates and according to inquiries and customers More will be hosted there. Before arriving at the complex, we contacted on WhatsApp to check the check-in/out hours, we received a dry and embarrassing answer, in which we informed about the hours and bringing pets ("enter at 15:30 leave at 10:30, dogs are not allowed" - to be more precise!) , without even saying hello. When we learned that the check-out time is at 10:30 in the morning, we asked why so early? We have small children and it is difficult to get up, get organized and leave at such an early hour and is it possible for them to compromise a little with us? Their answer was: "It is what it is!" and we responded that it is also possible to say it in a more pleasant manner. After that we contacted the owner of the place by phone regarding the arrival and departure times after we were really hurt by the answer we received via WhatsApp. The owner of the place spoke in a very unkind way and we considered canceling the vacation and not coming to the place at all (we believe that the hosts are a very large part of the hospitality experience). After considering the matter between us, we decided not to bother the children on the holiday and to come despite the inappropriate treatment we received. When arriving at the compound, we were surprised to find B&Bs full of hundreds of flies, since there is a chicken coop near the compound. Avraham, the owner of the place, insisted that he could not fight nature and there was nothing to be done and that when it got dark the flies would leave (we stayed in a B&B very close to the place, there were flies around but the owners tried to prevent them from entering the B&Bs). It is important to note that we did not receive a smile from the people who are supposed to host us in this place. We tried to find solutions, because after a two-hour drive and with a holiday coming up, we weren't ready to give up and go home, even though we considered leaving because of their attitude. After unpleasant arguments with Avraham and his mother and after we shared with them that we feel their attitude is racist and discriminatory, they compromised on the price for one of the families, whose cabin was extremely full of flies (the compromise was for a 2 and 2 month old girl). On the day of the holiday, when we were in the pool area, Avraham arrived without saying Happy Holidays or asking how we were and started to explain to us (with a scolding) that the jacuzzi cover costs a lot of money and to show us how to fold it correctly since we had not done it correctly before (it is important to note that we did not receive any An explanation upon arrival at the location and that folding the cover was not intuitive at all). On our last day, one of the men humorously asked Avraham, tell me when do we have to evacuate the compound? (We know in advance that we are supposed to leave at 10:30 and the question was asked really humorously), so Avraham responded: "As far as I'm concerned, leave now because I have a lot of work on my mind!". A simply shocking response and gave us a feeling of discomfort, and that our stay is unwanted and they are just waiting for us to leave. We should note that the complex itself was beautiful, equipped, clean and tidy and the stay there was pleasant. Finally, there is access! If it is not possible to check out a little later, you can say that they understand us, but unfortunately they receive guests right after us and they have to prepare the complex on time. Believe me we would understand it and accept it with love. Hospitality is a significant part of the hospitality experience and they managed to lose 3 families who will never return there.

We are happy that you chose to stay and enjoy three full days in our luxurious and unique complex located in the courtyard of our house. We are sorry to hear that the check-in and check-out times did not suit you (even though they are indicated on the website and were agreed with the closing of the resort). Regarding the flies, we understand the complexity. We are located in an agricultural settlement, therefore we ask all our guests to make sure to close the screen door at the entrance to the rooms. In our experience, we introduced you to warm hospitality in our farm, we did everything we could to make your stay pleasant, and when we did not respond to your request, you greeted us with offensive and painful words that are not worthy of being written in these lines. Thanks for the overall feedback, we will learn from it for the rest of our journey. with love
