יתרונות וחסרונות- סקירה מהשטח
נכון, המקום הזה בהחלט לא זול, אבל כבר מבט אחד בכניסה למתחם הבהיר לי שכאן מדובר בכללי משחק שונים בתכלית. זה מתחיל במבט מבחוץ: המבנה עשה רושם מאוד יוקרתי עם נגיעות של אבן, בטון חשוף וטיח. אבל כאשר נכנסים מקבלים את העיצוב ממש ישירות לחושים: חללים מעוצבים היטב, עם פרטי ריהוט ואבזור מהשורה הראשונה.
רצפת בטון מוחלק מעוטרת, קירות בטון חשוף, חלונות ענק, פרטי ריהוט וינטג' ועל הכל מנצחת יד נעלמת שהצליחה לאחד את כלל המרכיבים לכדי יצירה אדריכלית איכותית, מעניינת, ומלאת מעוף.
