Any change or cancellation must be notified 3 weeks in advance. In case of cancellation within 3 weeks of the date of the accommodation, the guest will be charged half of the amount and up to a week before the guest will be charged the full amount of the reservation. In exceptional cases (war, disaster, etc.) no charge will be made. Cancellation by the orderer or on his behalf at any given time will be charged 10% of the total order either with a signed order or with a telephone order.
In the event of regional/local power outages, natural disasters, floods, storms or any other external source, the owner of the villa is not obligated to provide compensation. The lessor may cancel a reservation or alternatively find an alternative complex up to 3 weeks before the date of the reservation at his discretion.
Distribution of towels in the complex according to the number of guests per day, additional towels at the lessor's discretion.
