There aren't many complexes like this, I think to myself as I finish my visit to the "Lev Carmel Estate" in Kerem Maharal. And I'm not just talking about the relative proximity to the central area, which allows those who want a little jump abroad 40 minutes from Tel Aviv. I'm talking about the fact that this place is definitely abroad in terms of the standard of construction, thinking, and design. The location itself is crazy, on a hill that looks far and wide toward open fields and green mountains.
