Go back 2000 years and see how simple things can be. The daughters of Israel would go out to the vineyards, the sons of Israel would follow them, and the little game of hide and seek would end with the commandment to be fruitful and multiply.

When I look at the vineyards around Nof Kramim in Kerem Ben Zimra, it seems like a great idea. Relax, there's no need to wear a white robe and run to the vineyard (the suites provide a satisfactory solution...) but with the quiet and clean air, you really don't need Tu B'Av to feel romantic here.

Shula, the hostess, directs me to the last house in the mountain village, and even before I enter I am overwhelmed by the view: Tuscan-style vineyards stretch out on the slopes, and on the horizon – the green Mount Meron. We ascend external stairs to the second floor, above the guesthouse, where 3 suites await, varying in design and size. The huge swimming pool (heated by the beach) can be seen from anywhere in the complex, and it itself faces the view.

The "Geffen Suite" is located below the guesthouse and has a separate entrance and a personal area. It is also spacious and overlooks a magnificent view from a balcony that you would love to have at home. Opposite the living room corner is an elegant dining area with a wooden table and two chairs with a high and comfortable backrest. The kitchen is equipped for heating food. The dining area and kitchen actually sit "on" the view seen through the windows. The separating stone wall also creates intimacy for the couple's jacuzzi, which is placed at the foot of the large windows with stone steps leading to it. The wide, semi-open balcony overlooks the magnificent view of the vineyards.

There are 3 suites located in one complex above the guest house, with a shared lobby:

The "Zamora" suite , like the other units, faces an amazing view of vineyards, green all seasons. This suite does not have an outdoor balcony, but huge windows overlooking the view convey a sense of nature into the space. The suite is built as an open, spacious and well-lit space. The spacious space contains a massive wooden bed next to a corner jacuzzi located on a stone platform surrounded by windows overlooking the view.

The "Eshkol" suite is built on two levels, with a partial stone wall and staircase separating the living room and jacuzzi from the sleeping area. Huge windows with a view stream an abundance of light into the suite and give it soft and flattering natural lighting. The design combines artisan work in stone, wood, stained glass, and uses a variety of colorful textiles, Afghan rugs, wrought iron figurines, and wall paintings. A double jacuzzi in a stone frame is located next to the window with a view. The spacious double bed is located on the upper level.

"Shrig" is the largest suite of the three (75 square meters) and contains a huge bathroom, which houses a large jacuzzi in front of a window with a view. The atmosphere here is rich and colorful, thanks to dominant solid wood furniture with custom joinery and a dramatic color palette based on a contrast between shades of cream, golden brown and shades of burgundy and bright green. Precise use of old stone gives the space a special atmosphere, while a variety of lighting fixtures and decorative details give it a sense of liveliness and dynamism.

The jacuzzi is located in the huge bathroom, and it also serves as a shower.

Definitely a good and interesting option for those looking for a little mingling in a complex with a unique view and a large pool in a town located in the heart of the boutique wine scene.
