There aren't many complexes like this, I think to myself as I finish the visit to the "Heart of the Carmel Estate" in Kerem Maharal. And I'm not just talking about the relative proximity to the central area that allows those who want a little jump abroad 40 minutes away from Tel Aviv. I'm talking about the fact that this place is definitely foreign in terms of the standard of construction, thinking and design. The location itself is crazy, on a hill that looks far away towards open fields and green mountains.
