Advance payment of 2000 NIS when placing the order.
A cancellation notice up to 21 days before the arrival date will not be charged.
In any other case, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee:
From 7-21 to the arrival date 30% of the order value.
From 3-7 to the time of arrival 50% of the order value.
From 3 days until the day of arrival 100% of the booking value.
In case of cancellation up to 14 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be returned, in any other case according to the above conditions.
Special cancellation conditions for Corona-
- Closing: no cancellation fees.
-Verified patient: there are no cancellation fees with the approval of the Ministry of Health and the attending physician.
-Insulation: there is an apartment fee
