"Gaia in the Golan" - the name of this B&B complex, fits the atmosphere perfectly. It's so pleasant here, so peaceful, and the air here is so clear, that it seems as if nature itself produces a musical melody here, built on the sounds of the wind and the chirping of birds. A trip to the Golan Heights is sometimes a kind of trip abroad. After all, only here does the concept of "the end of the world" receive geographical legitimacy, and the expression "bird's eye view" literally refers to the habitats of birds of prey. And if when viewing from the peaks of the Golan Heights "your breath is taken away," it is also because of the effect of the feeling of altitude on the heart rate. And when we mention the "unforgettable sights" - here, at the Crows' Cliff, we mean landscapes that change according to the seasons in a changing display of nature's colors: bright yellow in summer, bright green in autumn, snowy white in winter, and fiery red in spring, during the flowering season. Therefore, the "Golan Heights" experience is indeed rare and special, even for those accustomed to touring the vast expanses of the north.

..."אז ככה: יצא לנו לבדוק כבר מאות סוויטות, עם ג'קוזי, בריכות, LCD בגודל שלא נגמר והמצאות נוספות.  אך מביני דבר רבים יודעים כי את חווית האירוח לא מודדים בגודל ה lcd. באכסניה, נראה כי המארחים יודעים מה חשוב באמת... התחלנו את הביקור במקום עם משהו קטן שהכין המארח שהנו שף (מתברר שגאון) לכבודנו וסיפק לנו טעימה מחווית האירוח המיוחדת כאן.  רביולי גבינת עיזים ביתית עם קרם חצילים מעושן...פשוט מעולה"[מתוך דבר המבקרת- קרן אור יניב]יתרונות וחסרונות- סקירה מהשטח:נו, אז הבנתם כבר- כאן לא תקבלו חוות דעת סטנדרטית על גדלים של מיטות, סוג הג'קוזי וכמה רחוקים השכנים, אלא תקבלו חווית אירוח שתשאיר אתכם "מפונקים". כי מי שמזמין את אחת משתי הסוויטות כאן, לא מזמין צימר. מזמינים כאן חווית אירוח מוקפדת ואיכותית, עם ארוחות שף מדהימות מבית מדרשו של "השף היושב". שימו את זה במתחם שכולו אווירה, שירות צמוד, הקפדה על פרטים ופינוקים קטנים שמחכים בצימר- ותקבלו אירוח בסגנון אחר, מפתיע ומיוחד.אז לעבודה: עשינו תחקיר קטן על הקונספט שבנו כאן המארחים: אירוח קולינרי של טעמים ופינוקים. אחד האורחים היטיב לתאר את החוויה הקולינרית (כתב כך):

"...מיד הבנתי שידו של אדריכל מוכשר עברה כאן. לא הבחנתי באף טעות טעם של חובבנים: לא בריהוט, לא באבזור, לא בתאורה ולא בחלוקת המרחב הנעים של הסוויטות... המשך הביקור במתחם הצמוד רק חיזק את תחושתי: עץ אלון מלא וריצוף מאבני בזלת למיזוג מושלם ברוח הגולן, מובילים למתחם ספא הכולל חדר אימונים וחדר טיפולים יפים, סאונה יבשה וסאונה רטובה...."[מתוך דבר מבקרת האתר, ליזה אמויאל]       יתרונות וחסרונות- סקירה מהשטח"כל דבר שנעשה מאהבה, מתרחש מעבר לטוב ורע". (פרידריך ניטשה). אז נכון, מדובר ביישוב חדש שעדיין בשלבי בנייה, אך אצל גיל וגלית ניתן לחוש מהר יחסית את כל הטוב של הגולן, את כל קסם האירוח הלבבי והמוקפד, והערך המוסף של מאמנת כושר צמודה רק מהדר את האפשרויות כאן.
