It was good with a few stars

The settlement is charming, growing out of a natural forest, quiet and excellent weather. There is an amazing boutique deli "Don Eduardo", second hand, massage and more... The heated pool is a real treat even in August! Unfortunately the B&B was really not clean and the hosts did not volunteer information about the settlement and the surrounding area even though we asked and asked.

Hi Erez, glad you had a good vacation. Our location is indeed ideal for couples looking to isolate themselves and enjoy the peace and quiet of the magical nature that surrounds the cabin and the heated stone pool. Although it is a cabin immersed in nature, we are very careful about the cleanliness in every corner and we have never received any other feedback about it. We take into account that even if our inspection is extremely strict, it is possible that something was missed or did not match your expectations and of course if we knew during your stay about something that bothers you (however small) we would immediately work to fix it. Fortunately, the entire area of Matat and the surrounding area is full of different and varied attractions and we always like to recommend them. When you asked specifically about fairs in the area we did our best but could only think of one place that could meet the definition. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed everything that our charming settlement has to offer.

I closed a B&B for me and my partner for the weekend, we got a perfect and clean B&B, the level of privacy is very high, a quiet place and it has everything - including a private jacuzzi, a pool in the complex, a stunning hammock! At the entrance to the room, a bottle of good wine, chocolates and treats awaited us - it's fun to start a vacation like this :) An amazing gem, available for anything and at any time. Thank you very much for a magical experience! highly recommend!

A perfect experience

We arrived at the Zimmer and from the parking lot you could see that it was a wonderfully well-kept place. The neat garden, the green grass at the height of summer, the trimmed trees and the view on the horizon hinted at a dream vacation. The B&B itself is very large and spacious, the design is outstanding and in combination with huge glass windows and doors creates a magical atmosphere. The shower is beautiful, big and special with all the vegetation in it. The kitchen is fully equipped and lacks nothing. In the bedroom there is a huge bed and of course the pool that can be seen from the glass door in the bedroom. The pool is perfect, the right size and depth, you could both swim in it and just sit. The B&B in reality looks dreamy just like in the pictures, very clean and well maintained. You can see that they invest a lot in the B&B and do it with great love, for us it was a perfect experience and we had a great time in this special place. Thanks

We stayed for the second time in Balmorca. A pampering, charmingly designed, spacious B&B, really complete privacy, wonderful attitude of the hosts, a stunning open view, there is also an outdoor jacuzzi that upgrades the experience. Highly recommended!

Hosts and hospitality above expectations

We were one family in the cabin, the photos accurately describe the place - very clean and well maintained, very nicely decorated and you can see that they thought of all the little details. The beds for children are comfortable and the cabin is spacious and equipped. In the yard there is a place to sit and a ping pong table and everything is quiet, green and pleasant. The hosts Shushi and Michael are really charming and took care of everything we needed, but kept our privacy. (There are windows of other guests overlooking our yard, but it didn't bother us). There is a pool for each pair of units, we are in the pool alone - large, indoor and pleasant water, and of course it can be locked for safety. We are really satisfied and highly recommend without any doubt! Thank you!

A place with great unrealized potential

We came to the place because of the statements that the suite is completely private... so the place is stunning, clean and well-equipped... but we had no privacy in the area of the pool and the jacuzzi... next to the jacuzzi there is a villa that overlooks us and we did not feel comfortable... on the left side of the pool there are also neighbors who peek For our area.. we really had a bad experience because we expected complete privacy as stated but it was not the case.. I contacted the owner of the suite and he claimed that the fence between the jacuzzi and the adjoining villa was at work... if there was a bamboo fence along the entire yard on the right and left we would have enjoyed and really experienced Privacy.. it's a shame it wasn't like that

Hi Miriam. First of all, we are terribly sorry for the heartache caused to you. Second thing - it is important to note that it was said in our telephone conversation that the suite is completely private except for a shared wall with the neighbor. Moreover, I mentioned in the phone call that if you are a religious couple, the place is not 100 percent modest. It is completely private, only you are in the pool and in the yard, but not 100% private. And yet you chose to come and stay after you arrived. I make sure to mention this in every conversation with the customers of, hundreds of religious customers who have spoken to me will testify.

Facilitization at a high level but the disappointing treats do not justify the high price

The good: a pampering jacuzzi on another level with strong currents that massage the whole body. Spacious shower with a huge overhead shower. comfortable bed. The bad: the treats that the hostess left were clearly unindulgent, certainly in relation to the price. There were no pastries/cake/cookies, or ice cream/snowflake. Several salty snacks that have expired (really), a drop of dried fruit, an uninteresting bowl of fruit, a selection of not very successful sweets on a tray in the fridge, and the highlight - diet yogurt and granola frills (from before they thought of putting the granola separately and it just swims in the yogurt). The ugly: fulfilled the sentence that should not be said by any host these days ("I don't see WhatsApp"), but you can order the cleaner 15 minutes after the checkout time and not a time stamp in case the guests ask for 10 more minutes to get organized at the exit.

We invest the best resources in its accessories, from the sophisticated jacuzzi, the current pool to the abundance of treats that we put in the suite. The dining experience is so important to us and the emphasis is always on our uncompromising quality and service. Therefore, we were happy to respond ahead of time to your many requests by changing some of the treats (including the types of alcohol) that we made sure to purchase especially, the main thing is that you leave with a smile. In light of this, I was very surprised to read that not everything was to your satisfaction and I'm sorry that you didn't let us know about it in real time. Since you rated the level of cleanliness with us as high as possible, you will probably understand that in order for the guests who come after you to also be able to receive it, the departure time is important. If this is the case, we will respond positively to your WhatsApp request, even though it was received about 10 minutes before your departure time. We are very proud of the haven of paradise that we created with all our hearts, we will continue to learn and improve for every couple that comes to us, with joy and love.
