disappointing

We arrived on a rainy and cold evening, the latecomer didn't turn on the heating in advance so it was just freezing and we were in coats almost the whole evening. When we arrived all reception was on the phone and it felt very impersonal and unwelcoming. Also, food allergies were not taken seriously in advance, I said several times and once he said when you arrive we will talk. There is a fireplace in the place, when we asked to light it, Mor instructed us to light it ourselves, instead of lighting it for us, and when we already asked him to do it, he was very delayed in arriving until it was no longer relevant. The place is absolutely beautiful but the attitude was not pleasant, when I told the host that we were disappointed, he shouted at me on the phone and called me rude. It sucks to pay so much money and receive such treatment.

We are sorry to hear that despite all our efforts the guest did not meet your expectations. Despite the late evening time, we waited to receive you at 20:00 as you promised after countless changes in the arrival time and if you did not arrive at the appointed time we were happy to receive you by phone. From this stage you would be unpleasant to us despite all our attempts to please you. All the guests light the fireplace themselves, we don't! I tried to help and it didn't get a positive attitude from you either. We treat food sensitivities with full responsibility and make sure to ask each and every guest about sensitivities and so you were asked and served accordingly. You received the full treatment and the full desire and above all a proper B&B. I'm sorry that your hand is light on the keyboard. The Galilee is our home and we love and are proud to host here and it's a shame that there are people who make a bad name for nothing! How noble!! Certainly, the balance here on the summit site between the opinions of guests and hosts is not at all balanced, but if I had the ability not to recommend you as guests, that's what I would do!! You left behind dirt and obvious disdain! Only Health.

Nice all the same

We stayed as a couple in the Zimmer unit. The key to the unit was waiting for us under the carpet, we got a nice, good smelling and tidy B&B. Cold drinks, beers, chocolate bars and milk for coffee were waiting for us in the fridge. During the shower, frozen water came out after about a minute (weather less than 6 degrees at night) which did not become hotter at all. After the shower was over, we sent a message to Ms. Avivit in WhatsApp, claiming that the shower was not working properly, and she explained that the gas cylinder had probably run out and had to be replaced. When it was explained to her that it was too late, she did not like it and claimed that she had no way of knowing when a balloon ran out (a gas balloon can be connected to a clock, or any other solution that should not be my problem as a guest of the place) the WIFI network in the room was terrible and most of the time there was no reception (I The Golan Telecom network and also my network had no reception at all). A night lamp twice caused a short circuit that knocked out all the electricity in the B&B. All in all an unpleasant experience of one night at a cost of one thousand shekels directly in front of Avivit without bargaining.

Perfect, perfect, perfect

The place is pastoral, in the heart of the plantations of Rosh Pina towards the north, real Tuscany, secluded, overlooking the Golan Mountains, Hermon, the Ramot Range, a spectacular view, the B&B is equipped to the highest standard down to the last detail, very clean, superbly maintained. In short: we loved and had a great time, a place to return to, really.

Great fun

Well-kept, beautiful, cozy and fun B&B. Is the hot tub outside amazing? Mainly dip in it while it's raining outside. We had a blast! It's fun to know that there are places that are so well maintained, clean and at a high level.

Perfect B&B!!! The room had everything. Quiet rooms with the perfect view of the Kinneret. Clean and tidy, even the pool outside is maintained, there is a dry sauna with a jacuzzi in the complex. warmly recommended.

perfect!!

We were looking for a pampering place in the Jezreel Valley for a couple. The private heated pool (33 degrees!) convinced us. The jacuzzi is a perfect addition. Beyond that - a large and spacious, clean, beautiful and comfortable guesthouse. And the owner of the guesthouse is charming and helpful in everything. Really recommended!

A perfect winter vacation

The suite is perfect, it is clearly evident that Meir invested all his energy in making the place a perfect experience for both families and couples, we arrived as a family with 3 children, Meir was pleasant walking all the way and while we were making our way to him he already made sure to heat the pool ahead of time for the benefit of the children. The suite is surrounded by high wooden fences that give a sense of privacy and isolation. There is a barbecue corner, an outdoor heating mushroom and a pleasant sitting area, for those who are afraid of the danger of drowning, the pool is fenced, the area is sloped with vegetation that is good for the eyes, a stunning thin wall surrounds the entire space, in the suite itself there is a fully equipped kitchen that allows you to easily prepare a quick meal for 3 hungry children, beyond that Reservations can be made and Had Ness and its surroundings encompass quite a few recommended places to eat, the water in the showers and in the kitchen is always hot, an espresso machine and capsules usually with tea, milk cookies and sweets were at our disposal, there is an option to order breakfast which we did not take advantage of this time but we heard that it is excellent, a jacuzzi Enig also resides in the suite and allows 4 people to stay in it, a parquet floor and an air conditioner that works well and fine and beautiful furniture in the style of Provence, without a doubt we will return both as a couple and as a family for more vacations in Pastorelli. To Meir we once again send a huge sigh and thank you very much for making the vacation as enjoyable and successful as it was, Mittal Lior Yonatan Shira and Libby Peleg 👋😀

Wow, it can't be described simply like that

We arrived on Saturday until the two hosts simply wow, they are indescribably nice, clean, polished, endless treats! Everything in one place, the Raphael suite is perfect, the pool, the jacuzzi, the sauna are indescribable, there is no doubt that we will be back, we love Julie and Ami, and simply thank you for a super perfect stay, everything is in abundance

A perfect place for families

We came as two families to stay for the weekend. We arrived at a clean and well-kept place. The pool is heated and clean, as is the pampering jacuzzi. Liav, the owner of the B&B, gave a good feeling and answered all the questions very patiently, and on Friday evening he was treated to a platter of fruit and crackers. Thank you very much, we recommend and of course we will come back to stay
