Really really fun

Meir is a lovely host. He took care of all our requests quickly and pleasantly. Came during our stay to make sure all the pool gauges were in order (important). The pool is very private! Recommended for families. We took both suites and it was perfect.

An unforgettable experience

We arrived at Nava's Zimmer and it was so much fun to see that the pictures correspond to reality and even more, the Zimmer is tastefully decorated, the pool area is large and fun to sit there, the jacuzzi is fun and the pool is heated at just the right level. The place was very clean which is very important to us especially during this period. Breakfast is less recommended (external).

Leah the most perfect hostess in the world. An example? Pampering in the morning My husband told her that I really like eggplants. The next morning there were 7! Types of eggplants 😲 The place is just perfect. We didn't go out for 3 days, what a place, we didn't travel because it was so much fun. warmly recommended! The B&B is clean and stunning, with an amazing view, you feel as if you are in the law of nature. Kind and pleasant hospitality. We booked breakfast up to the cabin and had a great time, and ate at some very tasty restaurants around.

Beautiful place in the mountains

In a word, wow. A very invested place, insanely brilliant. We were 5 girls on a friend's birthday, we got stuck without balloons and the owner of the house helped and put balloons, 3 bottles of wine and cold cans in the fridge. The heated pool is perfect, at the right temperature and the place is also covered and it was really pleasant to sit there. A few things that bothered but still does not detract from the quality and value of the place: the entrance to the place is through the house of the hosts and there were people there because of the holiday and it was a bit unpleasant to pass in front of them with the things. Must find a solution for the flies on the spot, in the morning we got up and there were thousands and it was not pleasant in the morning coffee. A bit expensive place for the night, but overall the visibility matches the price. We enjoyed ourselves and definitely if we have a budget we will come back again.

We have recommended to all friends!

We loved the size of the suite, the heated pool, the size of the TV and the space in the living room. Little treats. And for nature lovers in a small way (or a nice short running track) - the coexistence path from Dalton to Gush Halav with Dalton lake in the middle - lovely! And of course Rosh Pina is fifteen minutes away by car.

The view and nothing else

We expected and expected and paid a lot of money and were disappointed. We arrived as a couple plus a 3-year-old girl and a one-and-a-half-year-old baby. First and foremost, any self-respecting B&B should not be infested with ants. It was horrible and disgusting, it wasn't hard to notice that they didn't exterminate there. We were told the pool was heated, and it wasn't actually heated. (Not recommended in the winter and spring months) It was not possible to enter it and certainly not to enter my daughter, not to mention the insects and dirt that were inside the pool that you see that it is not taken care of. The vegetation from which the leaves have fallen, raised branches and twigs that may need to be pruned??? The same goes for the flower pots that were at the observation post which put up unnecessary branches at a ridiculous level.. Why this neglect? The fact that there is a perfect view does not mean that the B&B itself should be neglected. Urgent gardener. The breakfast was sparse (to say the least), if I compare it to the pictures posted here , so there was no juice, the salad was very small, 3 types of cheese in a small amount, etc. They forced us to pay quite a bit of money in addition to white omelettes. An omelet!!!!!! When they don't touch the rest of the things anyway. Small things when we already paid a box of money for two nights, it seems embarrassing and disrespectful to me) In conclusion, the place must undergo pest control, the care of the vegetation, the pool and the environment, and the improvement of the service and the serving of the breakfasts to a level that would justify the payment.

Hi Tslid, we are sorry that the hospitality did not meet your expectations. First, regarding the ants - this is a period when right now they start their activity and only if they are given a reason they come. Many guests who came to stay after you did not have any ant problem. The suite is surrounded by wild nature and landscape and not a hotel located in the city and cut off from nature. Secondly, I will refer to the matter of the pool and gardening - in the winter we really like the winter vegetation and we let it grow wild, and there are a few weeks of a transition period that may show less at their peak. The pool is heated to a maximum level of 28 degrees according to the standard, so the water is kept clean, a higher temperature may damage the quality of the water! Insects come into the water all the time, so there is a net to clean, if you haven't entered the pool, they probably accumulated a lot over the course of two days. (We keep the pool clean and maintained on a regular basis and clean before every guest who arrives) And finally I will address the breakfast - once in a while we change and renew the breakfast and currently we do not serve drinks for our reasons but it is definitely rich and people compliment us a lot about it. Regarding the extras - when ordering the breakfast, you can order according to the number of guests and you chose to order only a double breakfast even though you arrived with two girls. We charged an additional NIS 50 for the extras you requested. It is worth noting that you were served dessert at our expense :) Again, we are sorry that you did not have the excellent experience that most of our guests experience and the dozens of reviews written by the guests will testify. The jacuzzi is a serious treat. The hosts are available and attentive to any request and respect the guests' privacy. The noise from the neighboring unit was a bit disturbing.. the acoustics are nothing. You can literally hear them talking, going up the stairs, etc.
