The best B&B I've ever been to

My husband and I stayed in the Monroe suite for 2 nights. As soon as you enter, you feel a good atmosphere, you see that the B&B is maintained and there is attention paid to the small details. The suite is above average clean and I am one of those who go over all the surfaces with cleaning products from home (everything is there, no need to bring anything). The owner rival is charming and takes care of what is needed, including treats such as delicacies, granola, milk, wine, beers and more. The icing on the cake is the balcony with the private jacuzzi and pool - worth it! There is a shared bamboo wall with the suite next door, you can hear if the couple next door is on their balcony but it doesn't take away from the privacy in my opinion. We ordered breakfast, very nice. Highly recommend, we already want to come back again!

Perfect place for Zeng

Of all the B&Bs we stayed in, including luxury ones, this was the best. The views are amazing and without competition, there is a pleasant breeze in the evening, the pool is excellent and so is the deck that connects it to the yurt. Think of all the little details. The treats and the breakfast were excellent - the investment of the charming hostess, Ella, is evident.

Pleasant. Calm. fun

It was fun. really fun. The place looks exactly like the pictures. Europe. Nava and Yuval are charming hosts, every request was answered immediately and with a smile. The place is very clean, very well equipped, the mattresses are very comfortable, as the girls said "the pillows were so fluffy" air conditioner, fridge as it should be, boiling water all the time. In short, Europe. highly recommend.

Very disappointing

On the side of the B&B they are building a villa, it was not possible to rest, the owner of the B&B did not update at all the pictures are very misleading the B&B is neglected and the glass around the pool is filthy with scale and you can't see if there is anyone in the pool, we will not be back that's for sure

Calm stunning view

The hosts were great and took care of everything for us, the rooms were charming and contained an espresso machine, a balcony with a view of the Kinneret, a large bed and a large pampering jacuzzi. It was clean and the outdoor kitchen was great. It's fun to sit there in the garden or by the pool. recommended!

We enjoyed a pool with an ideal water temperature, a view overlooking the sea with beautiful sunsets, complete privacy and a pampering breakfast. The landlords are very nice.

Much beyond expectations!!

Wow where to start?? We received a furnished suite with great attention to detail at a very high level! The suite was clean and cozy, we received so many treats, wine, beer, soft drinks, chocolates and lots of other treats! Beyond the beauty of the pool and jacuzzi for a breathtaking view, they were clean and at a good temperature and we also received a pampering fruit smoothie for the jacuzzi! The breakfast was delicious and very well spent!! And the most important thing to note is that the owners of the place are a couple of amazing people who know how to host far beyond expectations!!! Hagit and her husband received us with a warm welcome and made sure we didn't miss anything! We will definitely come back again and recommend everyone to come!!

Ramon cabin is highly recommended! The jacuzzi in the room in front of the bed with the gorgeous view is something out of this world! Pearl and Rubik you are most charming! If you like a dismissive attitude, rust and the smell of cows, then the place is great.

Disrespectful attitude from the first moment and lack of respect. The owner of the place doesn't know how to get to the suite, after that he gets angry why you enter the wrong place. Through the website we booked "Father's Suite" - we went right there, but suddenly there were people there. If there are combinations with the names of the rooms on the website - the customer should be informed and explain how to get there. All in all, the two suites are the same and we received what is in the picture, but there should not be any unpleasantness for the people in the complex because the issue of the names is not clear. He asked to wear masks while he himself was without. If anything, when entering someone's business, everyone should wear a mask. Please note that there is no credit software in a business. This is not about a payment of NIS 100... there was no option to make payments, but one bank transfer for most of the amount. If it was listed in the terms of use - we would not order. He didn't remember that we gave him a deposit. How much we transferred, how we transferred. It is not clear how the business is run. A layer of scale in the kettle - no one at home has scale of this level - you probably don't want to see it on vacation. The smell of mold from the air conditioner as soon as the compressor stops working. Rust on some of the irons - kitchen, shower, bath the only good thing is a closed complex with a private pool and there is also an electric stove. Occasionally there is a smell of cows outside, but it's a seat. A pool is only part of the time, that's why it's not worth the price.

Hello Denis, I will start by saying that I read the harsh review and I take some of the things to heart and intend to address them immediately. It is not clear to me why you felt that I treated you in a disrespectful or disrespectful manner. I will address the claims matter-of-factly because this is the first negative review we have received in many years and in my humble opinion creates a very negative and incorrect feeling for our place. I will start with the cleanliness and maintenance because for us this is one of the most important things. My family and I (my wife and daughter) clean the two suites ourselves so that the suites will be shiny and there will be no mistakes on the subject. Unfortunately, you came to us after several months of being fully occupied and very busy and we did not have time to perform the process of dissolving the scale that had accumulated in the kettle perfectly (at the time of my response, the kettle had already been replaced). The shower head in the shower will also be replaced in the coming days. When you came to us, there was indeed confusion about the name of the unit and since you arrived a few minutes earlier and entered the unit before we met, it was not possible for me to orient you correctly. By the way, in the suite you entered by mistake, the car of the guests staying there was parked when it is clear that the private parking of the suite you booked should not be occupied. When you arrived at our place (by the way, with Wise it's very easy to get there), you were a few minutes early and I was still busy preparing the suite. It turned out that I didn't have a mask available when I went out to you, so I politely asked if you could put on masks. You are 100 percent right that I would have been required to wear a mask. Regarding the air conditioner, I checked the issue and no problem was found. We do not work with credit cards but allow transfers, Bit, or any other payment method. When you came to pay, I asked you if you were aware of the exact amount of the advance out of trust. This is of course written in my diary and if you didn't remember I would check it in a moment... I'm sorry you didn't say anything during the interview and your feedback surprised me a lot. At some point during the interview, I contacted you on WhatsApp to ask if you needed anything, and everything is fine, but I did not receive any response. We arrived at the Zimmer following the recommendations I saw on the website. Panina welcomed us with a smile and recommended us places in the area, a caring and charming woman. The B&B was perfect, very clean, an almost private pool, the cabin has a crazy view, each cabin has a small balcony. Exceeded all our expectations, we were sorry we couldn't stay another night, we are sure we will come back again ❤️

It was just great!

Care down to the smallest details! Very clean, recommended for couples or with small children. Kobi was charming and gave us an immediate response to everything we thought of, even without asking. The pool is pleasant and pastoral, creating a feeling of warm privacy among trees.

Peace, quiet, pampering

This is our fourth time in this magical place, and there is no doubt that we will return. A wooden cabin equipped with everything, a private stream pool, lots of treats and a beloved hostess - what more do you need to end the summer well...? It was just perfect, thank you dear Ada!
