The B&B is equipped to the highest standard, with rare privacy and at a reasonable price.
But... we booked a vacation for 4 nights, we arrived, and from the first moment they gave us the feeling that we were burdening with our presence. The bathroom door was a little broken and we received instructions on how to lift it with 2 hands and close it every time we go in and out, they will only be able to fix it at the end of the week after we leave so we will be fine. In the sophisticated shower there was no current in the hot water that allows a reasonable shower and certainly not to use the sophisticated currents. There is a sign near the toilets that you should not throw the used paper into the toilets but into the bin next to it due to a communal sewage system (go figure out what the term means), and indeed from time to time the toilets were filled with the smell of sewage coming from the toilets. As a result, we asked the owners of the B&B to write that the B&B is available and as soon as someone makes a reservation, to tell us and leave immediately.
On the third day, the air conditioner started to leak into the room and when we put towels to prevent the leak, Carmela, the owner's mother, who is supposed to host us, yelled at us that we were making stains on the towel. This was the straw that broke the camel's back and we decided to leave it there and look for another place. To the praise of the B&B owner, it must be said that he spoke with us on the phone and immediately agreed to return most of the money we paid for the nights we did not stay. In short, a big disappointment from a B&B that with more investment could be amazing.

The hosts response:
First, we are sorry if you have experienced heartache. That was not our intention.
As a matter of fact - the coin has two sides...
You booked the bed and breakfast a month in advance in the most popular week of the season. Since you booked 4 nights you received a discount. As soon as you arrived at the B&B, you expressed dissatisfaction with a number of things, so you were offered at the same time to leave with a minimal charge for your short stay only (without fines). We offered this even though the B&B in this case would have remained empty for the whole week.
You chose to stay. In the days that followed, we responded at any given moment to any of your requests. Malfunctions in the door or in the air conditioner happen in every B&B and are regularly repaired. Finally you left on the evening of the third day and you were refunded most of the payment for the remaining time even though we could not fill the next remaining days.
It is important for us to note that even though it was explained to you before you came to the Zimmer (and it is also written on the website) that cooking is not allowed in the vacation unit, you brought a stove and cooked food for yourself.
In conclusion, once again accept our feelings of sorrow for your sadness, and we promise to continue hosting in the best way as we have done so far. We wish you a pleasant summer!

System response
On 02.10.13 the site inspector visited the complex.
1. The deficiencies noted above have been corrected.
2. On the subject of throwing hygiene products into the toilet, it is accepted and known that in many sewage systems blockages are caused by throwing hygiene products such as wet wipes, sanitary napkins, etc... (not toilet paper) into the toilet.
3. In the bathroom there is a bin in which the aforementioned waste can and should be thrown.
4. The sign in question has been removed. In any case, the intention of the hosts was that the sewage system could become clogged if the bin is not used.
