We stayed at the Forest Fairy B&B for four nights from Sunday to Thursday, and the experience left us for the first time of all the B&Bs we have visited to date with a very bad taste to say the least and an extremely negative experience of a vacation that was ruined due to the aggressive and humiliating attitude of the hostess, an experience that could have been a lovely vacation in a pleasant B&B with a beautiful view had it not been This - on Sunday after we arrived at the B&B and had already paid for the vacation, we were casually asked by the hostess if we could vacate the B&B on Thursday at 11:00 instead of 12:00. When we wrote to her in a message that we would be happy if we stayed with the original agreement of a departure time of 12:00 because we had made plans in advance at a certain time with friends in the area, we responded with a message back that she would be fine but still continued and wrote that she was coming to meet us at the price and time of entry. In order not to spoil the vacation atmosphere, we decided not to answer this message, which definitely shows the hostess's lack of understanding and satisfaction with our answer, even though if we had known in advance the time of departure, we would have organized differently, and also as a couple we prefer to check in later than get up earlier and get organized quickly because Part of a vacation for us is getting enough sleep, what's more, we never asked to check in earlier, but the owner of the bed and breakfast herself offered to check in at 12:00 instead of 15:00, and we actually checked in at 13:30. Furthermore, during the last 8 years we go every year for a 4-night vacation in B&Bs and we have always received a discount for the fourth night and even many times for the third night, and it is also known that it is customary to be flexible when entering or leaving from the B&B owners when possible. But again, we chose not to reply. At the end of the vacation, at 11:40, we left the cabin and in a phone conversation with the owner of the B&B we acknowledged our stay in the unit and said that we would be happy to return to the B&B, only that next time we would be happy to be updated in advance about the need to change the hours, and even before I could finish the sentence the owner of the B&B began to attack in a hostile tone and said that it doesn't matter if Will we come back or not and how do I even talk to her about the fact that we didn't return the favor after she made an effort to advance the entrance time and just wouldn't let me say a word. Beyond the market we were in to receive such a tone and statements from a hostess who we had just stayed with and paid thousands of shekels for the vacation, she left us with such a bad taste of a vacation that is so meaningful to us that we go on it once a year. So what is certain is that we have never encountered such a low level of attitude and consciousness of service and even low human relations, and we will certainly not return there in the hope that we will not encounter such an attitude again.
Two points to note beyond that:
* The unit is clean but as soon as you get there you get a long set of instructions on what not to do in the B&B and how to maintain it (don't scratch the stove, don't drink and eat in the jacuzzi, don't move the couch and more), a distressing and tiring experience after a long drive to the north.
* As someone who enjoys silence and is used to sitting a lot in the quiet of nature in B&Bs, in the current B&B during the day you can hear the neighbors next door talking and playing music, therefore at such times we went inside the unit.

I have been hosting for many years and invest a lot in order for the guests of the place to have a pampering and high-quality experience and therefore I am very surprised by your response.
So far all the feedback we have received from our guests has always been very positive and even exciting.
We are very careful about cleanliness and aesthetics as well as maintaining the equipment and facilities. From the past experience of guests who stayed and had difficulty operating the facilities and equipment in the cabin, we deemed it appropriate that it is necessary to provide a preliminary explanation and thus make it easier for them. This is a process that takes a few minutes, but is necessary and helps guests during their vacation and even helps prevent malfunctions.
So far you are the first to complain about it.
Our cabins are surrounded by nature and located in the middle of the forest so that they allow our guests complete privacy in such a way that they cannot be seen at all.
At the same time, we are in Mitzpe Avirim, which is a tourist settlement, and despite being a considerable distance from the neighbors' property (in my estimation, at least 100 meters separate our cabin from our neighbors' cabin), still during Passover a group of guests were staying with the neighbors, whom you apparently managed to hear. This phenomenon is considered rather unusual here and unfortunately I have no control over it.
I did ask for your approval for you to leave at the end of the vacation an hour earlier than we agreed. I did this at the beginning of the vacation because an urgent constraint arose that I did not know about before, which necessitated the evacuation of the cabin in favor of a professional whose availability was limited.
I decided to ask for your approval for this and at first your partner even agreed to my request. Later you changed your mind and I had to find an alternative solution.
I'm sorry that you left your vacation dissatisfied. I have invested a lot so that you can have a pampering and successful vacation.
At the same time, I find it appropriate to refer to the fact that you used extreme and unfounded descriptions in the review, such as "aggressive and humiliating attitude of the hostess". Throughout the hospitality, I always treated you in a respectful manner. I have never done any action that could be interpreted as an attack or humiliation and I think the use of these words is excessive and even offensive.
