We felt like we were in the army: the B&B owner was very pushy with check-in and check-out times. Every year we go out twice a year to different B&Bs in Israel and we have never seen anything like this before: Fronsine just started screaming at us for following us for half an hour on the day of departure. We were shocked, our little daughter was frightened by her screams. In addition, the sauna was not working during our entire stay at the Zimmer. We received a quick apology and no compensation for inconvenience. Would we go back there or recommend these B&Bs? One hundred percent no.

You asked me the day before when I should leave and I said at 12 noon and I would arrive 10 minutes before to close the account but you just left the pool and you said another 10 minutes we waited for you until 12:45 you just put a line on us as hosts and not to talk about the quarrels and sorrows between you and your husband throughout the stay even the guests who were in the complex Witnesses to this. Regarding the sauna at 2:00 in the morning, you called and said that the electricity went out, my husband came to you and the heating element of the sauna burned down. We turned on the lights and the next day when you went for a walk, a new heating element was assembled for you. It's a shame I didn't take a picture of the complex you left, I don't want to entertain people like you and I'm writing this So that others know who you are.

The accommodation is perfect and meticulous, everything is clean and well-equipped,
The delicacies and treats are simply a pleasure.
The unit has a large jacuzzi, and in the private yard there is a huge hot stream pool, a neat barbecue and a pleasant and pastoral sitting area.
The breakfast is excellent and indulgent.
The location is excellent - a short drive away from trips in the wineries area and good distances.

My friend decided to surprise me on the occasion of our engagement and closed the Merlo Suite for us. If I define our stay in one word it would probably be - perfect! Everything was perfect and indulgent. Francine's treats that didn't stop coming. The especially indulgent breakfast. The treats and surprises in the room. And no less important - the most comfortable and pampering bed with the most pampering bedding. The key word here is without a doubt - indulgence! We stayed in the villa for the weekend with three adult children. An excellent starting point for trips and plenty of options for excellent restaurants within a 20-minute drive. The villa is spacious, there was plenty of room for everyone, each bedroom has an attached shower and a large and comfortably furnished living room. The pool and jacuzzi are clean and well maintained, the yard has a gorgeous view, the environment is very quiet and you don't see or hear any neighbors. Francine is a super high level host, she reserved places for us in the restaurant, prepared a very elaborate breakfast and pampered us throughout the weekend. warmly recommended.

Wine of our choice, delicious cookies baked by Francine's hands..., snacks and fine coffee. What do you need more than that?
A hot sauna, a jacuzzi in the room and the highlight is the stream pool located outside the lodge, heated and private... you don't want to go out.
As soon as you leave, the first thought that comes through is... when are you coming back again??
We enjoyed every moment and there is no doubt that we will come back again.

If you are looking for a pampering zimmer and an atmosphere of freedom, this is the right place.
The B&B is of a very high standard, with excellent facilities and most importantly the hospitality is amazing.
The consideration of special requests is above and beyond. We are vegans and keep kosher and we received breakfasts like a king and additional treats (cakes, cookies, snacks) in an unusual amount.

We arrived at Francine's Merlot Suite to celebrate my partner's birthday. From the moment you enter the amazing and well-kept B&B, its uniqueness is evident: an elaborate arrangement, wines, chocolates and homemade cookies.
The suite was spacious, well-designed and well-kept, and included both a huge indoor jacuzzi and an outdoor jacuzzi and jet pool.
In the morning we received a fresh, pampering and special breakfast, which changed every day.
Francine's professionalism starts from booking the vacation, through helping to plan activities in the area, restaurant reservations, etc.

We arrived at Francine last weekend, as soon as we entered we could see a luxurious perfumed suite that included all the details down to the last. In addition, various treats awaited us - amazing cookies, crackers, a bottle of wine, etc.
The hostess is amazing and makes sure that nothing is missing, in addition she directed us where it is worth using our day outside the B&B and thanks to her we were able to enjoy it even more.
It's hard not to feel that it goes beyond work for her and she really cares that her guests have as much fun as possible.
I must mention the private pool, simply an experience in itself.
The breakfasts were simply amazing, and exceeded all our expectations.
In terms of privacy, apart from the hostess, we didn't see another person in the complex at all.. We knew there was another couple, but everything is designed so that there is complete privacy and we didn't meet them at all.
It was hard to leave, I'm sure we'll be back and of course recommend.
