The B&B is well built and equipped.
Unfortunately, when we arrived the guest house was not ready for us (even though we were much late compared to the check-in time). The hosts did not welcome us at the entrance, the internet router was off and the hostess had no idea how to operate it, and how the coffee machine works she only heard once and probably never tried it. The B&B does not have an explanation page about the operation of the equipment (indoor, outdoor jacuzzi, DVD, coffee machine, internet...) The jacuzzi spa (which is the glory of the place) was not hot, and as a rule the availability of the hosts is low and it is difficult to reach them by phone. The B&B is not "immersed in the landscape" but is located in a small yard with plastic grass. Plastic grapes are placed on the table inside. Despite the above, the main problem was the attitude of the hosts: when we informed Noham that we wanted to leave after one night, instead of being interested in what had happened, he lashed out at us angrily and claimed that we were wrong for not informing earlier, for not leaving immediately, that we were playing games with him, that he had people in our place, and that we are harming his livelihood. After a few minutes Nocham left angrily and finally when he came back we were able to pay (800 NIS instead of 900) and leave, not before we were threatened with a lawsuit if we did damage on the internet (???).
In conclusion, we had a very unpleasant experience, and it is worth noting that we have been staying at different B&Bs for about a year and we have never received treatment that is in any way similar to what we received here.

First, we were happy to host you and we are sorry if you feel that you are not satisfied. To the point:
Due to your tardiness, I could not welcome you at the Zimmer, but I was available by phone and guided you personally regarding arrival and entry. I also called you again after a few minutes and suggested that I come, but you said that you were getting along and there was no need.
The internet router was indeed turned off and apparently it was a fault that was fixed immediately when I arrived at the place. We have taken your comment to heart, and we are currently working on preparing an explanatory page with instructions for use for the various accessories. We thank you for bringing this to our attention!
We are sorry that the hot tub was not hot enough. The reason is that due to the intense heat, the previous guests complained that the water was too hot and we tried to lower the temperature a little. I'm sure we'll eventually find the golden path between the weather and the heat of the water (:
We put the artificial grass outside with ecological thinking in mind. We are sorry if it is not pleasant to your eyes, and in any case we have now made sure that the summit guide indicates this in the relevant picture.
To conclude, we gave you a discount, and suffered the cancellation of the second night, with the true intention of providing as good a service as possible. If you felt that I was angry - accept my apology.
We will be happy to host you again, and we offer you a night's compensation in Amtshash, based on availability.
