perfect perfect perfect!!
My husband and I stayed in the Harbel View Suite, we were surprised to discover an amazing and pampering suite full of goodies (and a hysterical massage chair!😅). The view is breathtaking and the jacuzzi is huge and located in front of the view, the suite is equipped from A to Z. The owner allowed us early arrival and late departure at no extra cost and gave us a caring attitude. We will definitely come back again

After a lot of fuss with the owners of the place (trying to cancel due to illness - they asked us to pay 50% so we arrived even though half of the guests canceled) we arrived at an unmaintained place, shower doesn't work, no coffee, everything feels unmaintained, cockroaches in the bathroom. We asked in advance for music because it was a birthday, we were told that we could definitely do it, at 2240 they called to say that we were loud. We sat a bunch of kindergarten girls on the balconies with soft music and talked quietly and we were still told that we were loud. In the morning there was no coffee brought to us reluctantly. Let's start from the beginning that you tried to cancel because not all 6 women are coming but only 3 you told me and you didn't want to pay a cancellation fee so 4 girls came in the end and I gave another discount because not all of them came. You arrived and went up to the villa alone, I asked if everything was okay and then I also went up and explained everything there was. It seems you were satisfied. The villa is clean, well equipped. You lacked a coffee miracle and I also went up and gave it to you in the morning after you asked for it and even then I heard no thanks but only a sour face. your right What you photographed is a dung beetle and not a cockroach, just for general knowledge that there are some out there, in nature and the villa is right in nature. In the morning, I asked about the payment that had not yet been paid, and there was therefore a response, "We are at breakfast." It was possible to write that we will be done soon or something like that. You failed to make a transfer and you left cash. That's fine too and regarding the noise I always say that you can use the speaker that is in the living room and you can't bring amplification systems, or play music on the balcony because it disturbs the environment. You were on the balcony with music and shouting, I woke up once and didn't wake up again even though I continued to shout until the late hours. This is not a villa for parties and that was said even before you arrived.

It was really amazing!
We came for 2 nights and it was really fun, a stunning spacious suite is perfect for a couple, we celebrated my partner's birthday and Ger made us a cake that was really delicious and I also ordered breakfast that comes to the suite! Many attractions around, close to Nahariya and Ma'lot. It was amazing, I recommend it to everyone. Affordable price. A foreign atmosphere.

We booked the Harbel View Boutique Suite, for one night during the last weekend (Friday). The preliminary communication with the owner of the suite was overall pleasant and courteous. We paid the amount in advance and closed all the details. We arrived at the suite in the evening, after a day of travel in the north. Available in urgent cases. We wanted to take a good shower and go to the restaurant, but there was no water flow in the taps, so it was not possible. When we called the owner, he was not available for nearly two hours. Therefore, we had to go to the restaurant without freshening up. Only after we left the suite, the owner informed that it was done A mistake and one of his employees turned off the water faucet in the closet outside. When we came back, we were the ones who took care of it. Also, when we arrived at the villa, we wanted to enter the huge jacuzzi located on the balcony. Which is considered the highlight of the suite. This is one of the main reasons we chose the place. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi It was not heated (according to the owner, this is due to the insurance instructions and because it is not a jacuzzi but a pool). The owner sent us an operating video and we followed the instructions in detail. Still, the jacuzzi did not heat up properly (a rise of one degree per hour, i.e. 12 hours until heating ).After a long correspondence we gave up and gave up on entering the hot tub. It wasn't until the next morning that the hot tub warmed up and we could enter it, but it was only a short time before we left the place. Since it was a very hot day, spending time in the jacuzzi was not ideal. Since we only came for one night, we didn't want to waste the vacation on correspondence and messages. We accepted the situation and tried to make the most of it. At the end of Shabbat, the owner sent us a WhatsApp (didn't call) to check how the vacation went and apologized for the inconvenience. After a long discussion, he offered financial compensation if we wanted to go on vacation in the future, but did not agree to compensate for the vacation that had already taken place. Moreover, he expressed dissatisfaction with our conduct, with the time of arrival at the suite, with the lack of communication (according to him), with the fact that we may not have activated the jacuzzi in the right way. In general, he dismissed every claim we presented to him and transferred the responsibility to us. In the end, we left with a feeling of disappointment and mostly sadness from the whole chain of events

According to your claim and unfortunately an incorrect claim, I called you back after 10 minutes and not two hours as you stated. It is important to say that there was no problem with the arrival times, we spoke the evening before the arrival and I asked you to update when you would arrive because in my opinion the apartment was ready even earlier.. In addition, I wrote to you before the arrival that the pool should be heated in advance because it takes time (not 12 hours that's for sure) the reason I asked when you will arrive to know whether to ask my employee to warm it up for your arrival. There were no long correspondences because as soon as I tried to solve the problem there was no response from you, in such cases I send the technician at that moment and unfortunately you simply did not answer me until 11 at night. Even when I offered the compensation and you were not satisfied, you hung up and stopped answering. It is important for me to make it clear that although the details you wrote are not accurate, a human error was made here on our part, we will learn from it and will be happy to compensate you if you decide to answer and talk.

We had an intimate, private, quiet and perfect weekend.
We stayed in Suite B, which has a separate entrance through a private gate from the parking lot straight to a private and well-maintained courtyard. Entrance to the suite is designed in a meticulous modern style, the pool is large and heated, the sound of the lapping of the water in the basalt stones on the side of the pool pleased our ears for our entire stay. In the pool there is a bench and an option to turn on water jets to massage the muscles. The entrance to the pool is by stairs. In the courtyard, a dining table with 4 chairs, two comfortable armchairs and two sunbeds are extremely pampering, and especially add a lot of style. At the foot of the pool is a rain shower head for an outdoor shower, and next to it is a pampering double jacuzzi. The huge advantage of this jacuzzi is that we could fill it with clean water whenever we wanted to pamper ourselves, without any fear of possible contamination that exists in other places where the water is "changed" between guests. Inside, the suite is spacious and luxurious, the sleep was very good without interruptions or problems. The bathroom is spacious, and the shower is spacious, sexy and luxurious, the level of finishes is very high. The suite has a small kitchenette but a large refrigerator, a micro coffee machine and a kettle for tea, coffee and sugar capsules, there are few utensils but it is suitable for a couple and especially for heating food. There is an outdoor kitchen outside, and it is possible to bring a stove and cook there. There is also an outdoor barbecue (the outdoor kitchen is not used from the Shabbat entrance) this restriction did not bother us, on the contrary, we had more time to rest, pamper ourselves and find more convenient solutions... under the TV an electric fireplace for heating that is not very romantic... we pampered ourselves with towels, Bathrobes and pool towels... bath lotions, ear muffs and a shower cap... nothing was missing. The lovely Asif made sure I had sugar-free soy milk, fruit, almonds, nuts, granola bars adapted to our diet. It is not understandable at all. The one who makes an effort in this way is surely the one who really wants with all his heart, to do everything possible so that his guests enjoy as much as possible. We had a great time and I already want to go back again!!! Thank you David and Asif (father and son), you didn't skimp on the design and the amazing atmosphere. I'm sure we'll see each other soon. (Sorry if I have spelling errors - I'm dyslexic and ask to ignore them.)
