"Had Ness 229" is located in the outer part of the settlement, on top of the hill abutting the "Jewish Forest" nature reserve, in front of the view of the Golan Mountains and the Sea of Galilee. On the lower level of the complex there are 2 luxury suites - the "couples" in separate buildings, each with good privacy and a private, heated and ecological swimming pool.

Each suite has a private yard immersed in rich, varied and colorful vegetation. Special plants for water purification grow around the private natural wading pool for each unit. For every 1 square meter of water, 1 square meter of vegetation is needed to maintain the ecological balance - so that the use of chlorine is avoided. The heated pool, located in the center of the private yard, is equipped with solid wooden armchairs, and a comfortable descent into the water. Decorative gardens and spice areas are scattered around the sitting corners, the fence and the balcony.

The two identical "double" suites are each located in a separate area and in a separate building, which provides complete privacy. The structure of the suite is inspired by an Italian holiday home with a balcony, pergola, many windows and wooden beams in the roof. The design, which can be defined as classic-modern, clean, quiet and precise. The furniture and decoration details were chosen carefully and with great attention to the quality of the products, to match the spirit of the place.

The upholstery fabrics and curtains, the original photos on the walls, the meticulous ceramic vessels - everything here celebrates quality, intelligence and excellent taste. Although the suites do not offer a significant size, they make up for it well with intelligent planning, the use of excellent building materials and fine fittings.
