In the beautiful entrance above Gamla, I think nothing will help - external beauty is a down payment in life. Tell me by tomorrow how important character and personality are, but the bottom line - beauty provides attractiveness that is hard to resist - in humans - as well as in B&Bs.

The problems start when beauty becomes the only thing that a person/Zimmer relies on. And this happens when the great beauty turns out to be empty, and the beautiful B&B turns out to be substandard. So how do you find the 'both and', the devastating piece that is also a doctor of astrophysics? The stunning place that is also super high quality? When it comes to a B&B, the answer is simple - go to 'Tzuk Gamla'...

It begins and ends with Kobe and Gila, the hosts, who did not let the rare view from their two twin cabins (first line) confuse them. For them, the fact that the Sea of Galilee lies here in the palm of their hand along with half of the north, does not give them any concessions - on the contrary.

You see it in the smart design that gives each cabin total privacy (the guest house is located far above and is not noticeable), in the attention to detail and the tremendous investment. "Why give one bottle of wine, if you can give four?" Kobi points to a special wine refrigerator full of quality wines, and I understand that I am dealing with a professional. He shows me a beautiful jacuzzi surrounded by windows with a view, a cute kitchenette, a living room where you can eat from its floor and an inviting bed, but he saves the real scoop for the end.

On the "thin" balcony surrounded by a green yard, in front of a kitsch postcard view, one of the most beautiful private pools I've ever seen is revealed. It is an indoor heated current pool (up to 39 degrees!) that 'hangs' over the Sea of Galilee with a feeling of complete solitude. Pressing a button will lower/raise transparent walls and another press will open the roof. Kobi removes non-existent dirt and adjusts the temperature. "As soon as I start giving up on myself, it's better for me to close the basta already" he says, and I believe him. Other places will call it 'treats', here they see it as a real commitment to the guest.

So what is more important to you? Beauty or character? Very few times you can get both. It happened to me for the first time when I got married. Now it's happening to me again...
