Our expectations were sky high. The crazy price (over 4300 per weekend) increased our expectations and made us believe that we would come to a hotel that was full of pampering and superior hospitality.
The panoramic rooms we chose were indeed beautiful, and the view was perfect!
But beyond that, the feeling is that of being hosted in a cold, arrogant and too cultured museum, without a drop of hosting experience.

We will get over the fact that for additional capsules for coffee they wanted to charge us an additional NIS 5 per capsule... (you will learn a lesson from the Carmel vineyards and forests)
The breakfast was poor heat, boring, almost kibbutz
The dinner (for which they charge NIS 500 per couple!!) has a boring aura. Without an interesting selection (Chicken. Grilled???? Are you real?), the desserts are repulsive...
In short, you get the point. be away!

My partner and I visited the hotel on 7.5 the experience was horrible and terrible!! Let's start with the fact that we got the room at 5 pm on Friday!! Instead at 3 o'clock .. there was a queue of about 40 minutes and shocking service from the reception who did not stop arguing among themselves. After we got the room we were surprised to find a dirty room!! It was simply horrible. There were 2 beds in the room and the highlight was when we were surprised to find 2 beds connected (not even the same base) instead of a "queen size" double bed as promised in the advertisement the response from the reception was that "there is nothing to do" there was a guy next to us who complained about his room as well and encountered the same response In the end we left on Friday at 9 o'clock and returned home simply a very shocking experience terrible service and simply a disgrace do not recommend coming in any way

For the high price I would expect better accommodation. The service is bad. The level of food is extremely disappointing - from Thursday to Saturday half board. Beautiful art is displayed there, but this does not cover up a disrespectful attitude towards the guest - ashamed to describe a shocking experience.. in the crowded dining room.
