Very disappointing

In one word, disappointment! The place is just the B&Bs, and they aren't anything either, there is no space at all, not a bit of grass and no space to sit outside... just a B&B with a cute little balcony. A pine lodge that we stayed in, very dirty, everything full of dust, very basic equipment, very old and minimal. There is nothing to do at all in the place or in the settlement, really far from suitable for a couple with children. More suitable for a couple, maybe, and even then I wouldn't choose this place again. Zimmer Oren is at the end of a descent of about 30 steps, if you have a suitcase it is really inconvenient, especially when leaving. The heated pool, not hot, is lukewarm, more like 26 degrees and not 30 as it says. The sauna turns out to be an additional fee, which is not indicated anywhere, just ridiculous. Breakfast, vegetable omelettes or... hard-boiled eggs. Really pampering! Maybe it has something to do with the fact that the person preparing the meal is religious, but I didn't really go into the depth of the matter. The other side dishes in the meal are reasonable. A mediocre meal. The owner of the bed and breakfast was not there when we entered, and was not there during the whole weekend at all. He was available by phone, but anything we needed we had to do ourselves, go get more towels for the showers, bring chairs, run the sauna, and everything else. It just seems that they have neglected the place in the last year or so, because before we booked we read the reviews and they are positive, our experience was very very disappointing.

To our customers, I really want you to read the response as well. Pay attention to the opinions of other guests this Passover too! This opinion is lonely among many good ones, don't let this guest spoil one of the most beautiful places in Israel. When someone wants to write an opinion, they usually write briefly, the interesting thing about the whole story is that during the meal the guest didn't bother to say anything, maybe we would improve your experience? but no! You just had an urgent need to do shaming! Just a shame these days! It is very unfortunate to read your opinion on other levels! The times are Pesach 23, we experienced a security situation, Katyushas and cancellations due to the security situation and the stormy weather that befell us on Pesach this year, so what kind of heart does one have to write such a long and unsatisfied review. As for the content of things. In the winter, indeed, the balcony that overlooks the view of the Sea of Galilee in its entirety is the courtyard, but there are also courtyards inside the complex, the grass is in the outdoor pool which is closed in the winter and there is no access there during the winter, the indoor pool, on the other hand, we opened even though it was cold and below 10 degrees we do not open, but since it was a holiday we opened, at the temperature of below 10 degrees outside, the pool fails to heat up to 30 degrees, the sauna is subject to a fee. Amirim is a lovely settlement and you can do a lot of things in and outside the settlement so it's subjective. I also recommended you a J-Yipim trip because that's what you asked for. Our B&Bs are well maintained, clean and of a high standard, again a subjective matter and to some extent it is a lie and a slander that the B&B is not clean! You received permission to enter before the check-in time and therefore we were not yet in place to receive you. We have instructed you where to take additional chairs that exist in the complex as well as additional towels. The place is cared for and maintained all year round, although in the winter the garden is a bit sleepy. The breakfast is great, so everyone tells us, don't understand what was wrong. Amirim is a settlement built on a mountain, so there are also stairs, in your case, it is indeed the lower B&B and there are many stairs, we have never received any complaint about this. And finally again I'm just so surprised by the lack of consideration at times like this to write such an opinion. Health and only good.

Nice B&B

We slept in a complete suite. The B&B is charming with a stunning view and a unique design. Spacious main room with jacuzzi and balcony. For those who come with children, there is another simple but nice room. Excellent location. A few minor fixes and the place will be perfect.

Very enjoyable and fun

The place is very beautiful, the pool and the room as in the picture. Everything is clean, not a drop of dirt. The area is really quiet, you can sit and enjoy the view of the Sea of Galilee without going out at all. We asked them to bring the breakfast to the pool, we ate on the pool, the food was very tasty and the owners of the place are very generous. Highly recommend and we are preparing to go back soon.

Wow wow wow!!!

It started with the host, a lovely man who helped us with the things from the car to the lodge (we brought a lot of things) when you enter the room you feel and see the cleanliness is very high level the view when you enter the room is gorgeous and not to mention the spectacular view that can also be seen from the pampering jacuzzi that is in the room right inside the view... The B&B complex has 2 pools, one heated and covered with a cool and fun design and another pool with a gorgeous view. Feels like a pool in a forest. The pools have hours for each B&B but feel complete privacy as if we were the only ones staying there. We really liked it. There is no doubt that we will return again. The breakfast was also very tasty. It is important for us to note the The host's attitude allowed us to stay until Saturday evening with great joy. Thank you for a perfect hospitality

Calm, pleasant and fun

We are a big family, we took all three B&Bs in the complex for a weekend of family celebrations. We really enjoyed the heated pool, the spacious and organized rooms. Everything faces a spectacular view. It was just us in complete privacy and it was perfect. It was clean and tidy, we didn't have to worry about anything. Thank you!
