Which means - 3 double beds + a double mattress (8 people in total) You already agreed to this on the phone + you received it in writing in a message for confirmation *before* you transferred a down payment. But we'll get there later... A windowless, stuffy bedroom? There is a window in every room including the bathroom (a photo will be attached for the record) not really a penthouse? 2-story penthouse located on the 16th and last floor!! You asked for shade - we were told that there is none and this is no excuse.. We are in Eilat in July and August and there is not one free day to our joy that we can bring a professional for shade which we would very much like to do by the way! The place is not sold with umbrellas and shade and everything is written and there are pictures that reflect the balconies. You went and bought yourself a sunshade even though I clearly said that it is not allowed!!! Put umbrellas at this height because there are winds and it can fly into the parking lot and hit someone/car. (otherwise I would have bought umbrellas for the whole floor a long time ago) In addition, you bought a fan for the room on your own accord, even though the air conditioner worked!! And we checked twice that it worked!! With a total cost of NIS 400, out of the kindness of our hearts we asked you for the invoice and deducted the specified amount from the accommodation. At the end of your stay, you left the house with the umbrella and the fan that we are!! We bought!!! And you decided to take it with you. "Why are you caught with me for small things" you answered Jonathan when he asked to return our equipment. Mini central air conditioner - as in every house there are sometimes malfunctions and it can happen!! You received service and an air conditioner technician arrived, you simply choose to show something else, luckily there are receipts :) TV that didn't work - not true. The converter did not work and at that moment I personally went to get a new converter. The installation of the new converter was not successful for us, so we had to wait for the technician until the following morning, he arrived and everything was fixed. In practice this particular converter didn't work just on your first day. Coffee machine - we give our guests the best! Our coffee machine is Nespresso and unfortunately we have no control over the guests who arrive and their damages. If you said about the coffee, you would get a new machine - which by the way is already placed there in place of the old one (our new guests are already enjoying it) Pool - the size of the pool is real. You were not told 10x4 but 7x4, the size is written on the summit website from which you made the order, so everything is transparent and I have no way to lie. You are welcome to come again and measure with a meter of shame that this is how you chose to present things, but there is another side here - you signed a very clear contract according to which you violated many of the house rules and my intention was to demand your departure at that moment, but I did not. - You did not make a payment upon entry as agreed and the payment was made only a day after and after us!! We should have chased you. -As we agreed 3 double beds + double mattress: from the moment you entered you did not let me complete a single sentence and argued about where everyone sleeps (adults with children did I already say?) You asked for 2 more single mattresses on top of what you got at the entrance, and you got them at the entrance!! Which means you had - 3 double beds 1 double mattress 2 single mattresses for a total of 8 people. That's not enough, we didn't agree on single mattresses but you asked and of course we complied with the request - I went especially to buy you new sheets for the single mattresses. Every fault/problem you encountered was taken care of at that moment!!!! You received a response and there are things that are out of our control (converter for example, what to do if you have to wait for a technician?) In conclusion - we are sorry that you did not enjoy it and that is the feeling you left with, but you received service just like all the other commenters here under me and those who did not comment here. Guess that can indicate a lot. regarding the price ? If 3,875 NIS per night in August in Eilat for 2 families (8 people) in a quick calculation - 484 NIS per person per night. (The price of a hostel!!) This is expensive and exorbitant, you definitely did not have to agree to applaud and come to rest with us.
