A spacious and well-equipped mansion with a pampering outdoor area, an Italian pizza oven and a meat smoker - if you want to spend quality time in pleasures, this is absolutely the place for you


Location and ambience

Moshav Zerait (originally, Rosenold) is located near the Lebanese border and enjoys a beautiful view, which can be seen in all its glory from the pool complex. It is a small settlement with less than 250 inhabitants, which guarantees its visitors pleasant peace and quiet. Although the villa is in a residential neighborhood, it is a particularly quiet area.

What does the place include

The Rosenold mansion is suitable for groups or large families, with 7 bedrooms arranged around the heart of the place - the common area outside. In this area you will find a spacious patio for shared meals, equipped with an Italian pizza oven, a meat smoker and a large dining table, and next to it - the pool complex.

The entire villa complex covers an area of 500 square meters. Apart from one suite located on the lower level outside the villa, all the rooms are on one level, with six of the seven rooms having an en-suite bathroom. Each room includes a double bed, a large TV with a Yes connection and air conditioning. Some rooms have kitchenettes (without the possibility of cooking) with an electric kettle and seating areas. The design varies slightly from room to room - some rooms are slightly more decorated with a combination of wood motifs, and others have a basic design .


The villa has a large living room and kitchen, located in adjacent spaces. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare a real meal, from a large refrigerator to a baking oven, stove and dishwasher to beautiful cookware and serving utensils. The living room creates a homely and warm atmosphere with a wood-burning fireplace, a 70-inch smart TV, modern furniture and prominent lighting fixtures. The mostly modern design blends nicely with more rustic elements, such as painted flooring, wooden benches and natural vegetation.


In the outdoor complex you will find a pool (size 6x7 and depth 1.40) that is covered and heated, and offers lots of lounging corners and pampering poufs. The pool is suitable for adults as well as children and toddlers, thanks to the wide step on the side that serves as a shallow water pool. Next to the pool is the jacuzzi, which also has an amazing view.




You should know

The place has a charcoal barbecue, a meat smoker and a tabon imported from Italy for making pizzas

The outdoor area is covered and can be used in all seasons

In the area there are many extreme activities and different experiences, such as ATV trips, bicycle trips, horse riding as a couple or a visit to the Achziv Reserve

Chef meals can be ordered by appointment

Rosenold Estate offers a spacious and useful complex especially for families or groups of friends who want to spend quality time in the pool and good meals. If your ideal vacation includes munching on handmade pizza for brunch, jumping in the pool at noon and smoked meat in the evening, you've probably found your next destination.

Keep his soul away!
I booked a place in the villa. Chen was apparently very nice but demands 30% of the amount as an upfront fee. I canceled at a time when I was entitled to full cancellation fees, and for six months!! I still haven't received a refund - an amount that amounts to several thousand shekels. Too bad it ended that way

The vacation is perfect!!!
The villa is amazing, big and equipped with everything you need and more. The pool is big and clean. The rooms are large, clean and the beds are comfortable. There is a pampering jacuzzi, a snooker table, an equal tabon and a large yard. Chen is charming and helps with everything needed. In short, we had a great time and we highly recommend it. A simply amazing vacation
I must mention the kindness of the host and his conduct from my first phone call to him. Kind, available, flexible, cooperative with every request. After we arrived at the villa he simply went above and beyond with a smile and great willingness. The villa itself is new, completely clean, very spacious, fully equipped. Heated pool. We hosted about 25 people and it was simply beyond our expectations. We will be back and highly recommend

Perfect vacation!!!
A dream place - a magical atmosphere! We stayed in the villa as a group of 3 families in February, despite the rain and the stormy weather outside, we did not feel miserable for a second, because the atmosphere in the villa is warm and pleasant and all this thanks to the owner of the lovely place who gives a sense of fun and family! A spacious, modern and very inviting villa! Fully equipped from A to Z, even a popcorn machine - a great attraction for children and also delicious :) We will definitely be back there a lot more, definitely recommending with love and affection! Have a good vocation :)
