Apartment types

The Mar Souf apartment complex is located a 10-minute walk from the sea, and offers studio and 2-room apartments with extras that enhance the experience. The size of the studio apartments is 31 square meters, and the size of the 2-room apartments is 33 square meters. A total of 28 apartments are available in the building:

In the studio apartments, you will have at your disposal a central space with a double bed with a quality mattress, a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, dishwasher and other electrical appliances for maximum comfort. In the bathroom you will find a shower or bathtub, toiletries, a hairdryer and towels, and in the living area - a sofa bed that can be converted into a double bed with a smart TV.

There are 4 types of studio apartments:

Studio apartment with a small balcony - The balcony, located next to the sleeping area, offers a rustic double seating area with a coffee table facing the view.

Deluxe Studio Apartment with a Small Balcony - The difference is that here you will find a bathtub instead of a shower, and a slightly different interior design.

Studio apartment with large balcony and parking - the most luxurious studio with all the bonuses. In the apartment, decorated in fun colors, you will enjoy a large balcony with sunbeds and a double seating area, and private parking.

Penthouse Studio Apartment with Parking - A studio apartment on the top floor of the building. The apartment has a cute balcony with a cozy seating area overlooking the view.

In the two-room apartments, you will have a double bedroom and a living room. The furnishings are similar to the studio apartments.

There are 4 types of two-room apartments:

2-room apartment with balcony - The apartment has an intimate and functional bedroom, and a living room with a double sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower or bathtub, and the living room has access to a small balcony with a rustic double seating area overlooking the view.

2-room apartment with a large balcony and parking - In the apartment you will enjoy a large shaded balcony with a dining area, a seating area and sun beds, and private parking.

2-room penthouse apartment with parking - an apartment located on the top floor of the building and offers a luxurious balcony with two seating areas facing the view.

2-room penthouse apartment superior with parking - an apartment offering a huge balcony facing the view, seating areas, sun beds and parking.

Location and ambience

In Mr. Suf's building, you'll see Eilat from a less touristy and more local perspective. The atmosphere here is quieter than in the hotel area, but there's everything you need because you're right in the city center - a supermarket, a restaurant, and a nearby bakery worth stopping by in the morning. And the sea? Just a 10-minute walk away. The apartments are decorated in pleasant colors and exude a European vibe, with a sophisticated and functional design that utilizes every square meter of space. You might feel like you're vacationing in an IKEA catalog.
 In the building, you can choose from 8 types of apartments, and stay in an urban atmosphere in the beautiful desert city.

Important to know
  • Check-in to the apartment is done independently using a smart lock.
  • Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, only in the open areas.
  • The apartment must be left tidy upon departure and the trash must be taken out before departure.
  • Between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM and starting at 11:00 PM, quiet must be maintained - the apartment is located in a residential neighborhood.
