The private pool overlooks the landscape, elegant and thoughtful design, a luxurious and well-equipped courtyard for adults and children.
We noticed that
The villa is on a quiet street, but there are neighbors nearby. The pool is heated in the winter months only.

A spacious villa spread over two levels, with a luxurious and well-designed outdoor area facing a spectacular view - if you were looking for a place for family time together or to celebrate a special event, you can stop looking.

Location and ambience

Guests of the Effendi Estate benefit from the best of both worlds at the same time - a large, well-equipped and comfortable villa suitable for all ages, a great location in the Galilee with an open view that stretches all the way to the sea, and plenty of attractions for shared entertainment within a short drive. You will find all of these in one place, and there is a high chance that you will not want to leave it anywhere.

What does the place include

The Effendi Mansion is divided into two levels – the entrance level includes 4 bedrooms and the upper level has 2 additional rooms, with a total of up to 25 guests staying there. The rooms differ slightly in design from each other, but all have a double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning and a TV. In addition to the two upper rooms, there is a bathroom and toilet.

The place is impressively and elegantly decorated, with unique furniture, decorative items and beautiful pictures on the walls. The atmosphere is inviting and family-friendly, with spacious spaces for entertaining that will suit a group. The interior has a large living room and a spacious and well-equipped kitchen suitable for full cooking, with a large dining area next to it.

In the outdoor area you will find a heated and covered pool during the winter. The pool is fenced for the safety of children but without obscuring the view. And speaking of the view, on the top floor you can enjoy a spacious balcony that offers a spectacular and panoramic view of the surrounding landscape. The balcony is equipped with comfortable seating areas, a hammock, and a fun snooker table. Also in the outdoor area there is a barbecue area with a brick-built oven, a round and luxurious jacuzzi suitable for up to six guests, and a yard with children's facilities that include a trampoline, table football, and swings for the little ones.

You should know

Breakfast and chef-prepared meals can be ordered for an additional fee.

The place is suitable for the religious public – there is a double sink in the kitchen, a Shabbat plate, a Shabbat clock, and a nearby synagogue.

The villa is suitable for events, but noisy parties cannot be held there.

In cases where the night is not booked after the end of your vacation, the hosts allow late check-out until 3:00 PM at no additional charge.

A beautiful place and according to the description..everything is pampering and shiny. We received ice cream coffee and a fruit tray as a treat from the owners. They were available for any request and everything was done nicely and with a big smile.

A taste of coming back one more time
A beautiful place, neat, clean, quiet, in a quiet and stunning area. The hosts were nice, available and attentive. To clarify: the air conditioner broke down during the stay at the place and in less than two hours it was repaired.

We left disappointed
We found out if the pool was heated and Bat Chen said yes, then we booked a vacation for two nights, we arrived, the pool was cold, I called Bat Chen and she said that the pool was at 32°, when I insisted that the pool was cold, her husband called and warned that they don't heat it during this period and the water is cold, I begged them to heat it because that's why We came, but it is tin that does not heat and takes 4-5 days to heat it.. When I saw that there was no one to talk to, I contacted Amir from the Pisgah site, then suddenly Bat Chen called and apologized for the trouble and promised compensation and said that the pool would be heated and the water would be warm by evening.. We preferred to leave the place Although they did not agree to refund us, we left there in tears with an unpleasant feeling at all. Amir who knew about the story took care of us even though he didn't have to go anywhere else with a charming and cordial hostess who received us very nicely, and without us paying an additional fee, thank you very much for a positive experience!

Hello Sarah, first you entered at 1:30 p.m. when your entry was at 3:00 p.m. The place was ready, clean, well-kept and ready for your honor. There was a misunderstanding about heating the pool. As a business owner, we took responsibility. We offered a late check-out, and you didn't want it. From us - and you didn't want to. The pool was at 19:30 when you left at 29 degrees, as I said by 20:30 it was already at 32 as is customary everywhere. In light of the situation and your decision to leave our place, we are sorry that this is your decision, but we respect it, good luck

The villa has a lot of potential, the hosts are nice and checked on our well-being a lot, we were treated to fruits at the entrance. But the villa is not kept and clean enough, it doesn't look like the pictures.

It was great fun
We had a really fun vacation, there was a spacious place that allowed intimacy for every family (three families with children of different ages) we enjoyed the cute pool and the always warm and pampering jacuzzi. And from the challenging pool table. We wanted to go for a walk and preferred to stay in place to satisfy our thirst for all the treats. Thanks to Bat Chen.
