Location and ambience

Rosh Pina - it has many faces. On one of them stands a large villa that looks out without any obstruction to the views of the Sea of Galilee and the Golan Heights. The location is winning - the side of a mountain, high above everyone and without any building on the horizon that hides the beauty, or neighbors that interfere with privacy. The kind of house you've always dreamed of having in the north

What does the place include

The villa offers four bedrooms on two floors, and a variety of shared spaces where it's fun to spend time together. The first of them you meet is the outdoor complex, which has a large built-in pool measuring 9x4 and between 90-140 cm deep. Not far from it you will find a pampering and heated open-air current pool. Adjacent to them there is a seating area and sunbeds to pamper yourself on in the sun. In the winter, the pool receives A roof that creates a space that keeps the heat in, and you can bathe to your heart's content in a pool that is heated to a temperature of 32 degrees, worth it!

When you enter the villa you discover a pleasant, homely and warm space. On the entrance floor you will find a large living room, a large and beautifully equipped kitchen and a dining area suitable for 16 diners. Also on this floor there is one bedroom out of four, a bathroom (there is no bathroom on this floor), and an exit to a large balcony that overlooks the open landscape and has many seating areas, a round dining area and two (!) barbecue areas for your enjoyment.

The other three rooms are located on the lower floor, one of which has a private bathroom. In the entrance hall that leads to it, you will find two pull-out sofas for the children. On this floor there is another bathroom, and an exit to the garden.

You should know

It is worth noting here the matter of privacy - the rooms are not adjacent to each other and allow good privacy for families who like to be together, but also need their peace at the end of the day.

I'm shocked by the treatment we received, I've never received such treatment in my life and I'm a marketing woman, I'm the last one to mess up a place. the last
After a lot of fuss with the owners of the place (trying to cancel due to illness - they asked us to pay 50% so we arrived even though half of the guests canceled) we arrived at an unmaintained place, shower doesn't work, no coffee, everything feels unmaintained, cockroaches in the bathroom. We asked in advance for music because it was a birthday, we were told that we could definitely do it, at 2240 they called to say that we were loud. We sat a bunch of kindergarten girls on the balconies with soft music and talked quietly and we were still told that we were loud. In the morning there was no coffee brought to us reluctantly. After that, write firmly why we haven't paid yet (we were at breakfast) a very unpleasant attitude, a place that is not maintained, does not match the price and is not suitable for events because it should be quiet

First of all, we are sorry that this is your feeling because we love our work and the guests who come to us. Let's start from the beginning that you tried to cancel because not all 6 women are coming but only 3 you told me and you didn't want to pay a cancellation fee so 4 girls came in the end and I gave another discount because not all of them came. You arrived and went up to the villa alone, I asked if everything was okay and then I also went up and explained everything there was. It seems you were satisfied. The villa is clean, well equipped. You lacked a coffee miracle and I also went up and gave it to you in the morning after you asked for it and even then I heard no thanks but only a sour face. your right What you photographed is a dung beetle and not a cockroach, just for general knowledge that there are some out there, in nature and the villa is right in nature. In the morning, I asked about the payment that had not yet been paid, and there was therefore a response, "We are at breakfast." It was possible to write that we will be done soon or something like that. You failed to make a transfer and you left cash. That's fine too and regarding the noise I always say that you can use the speaker that is in the living room and you can't bring amplification systems, or play music on the balcony because it disturbs the environment. You were on the balcony with music and shouting, I woke up once and didn't wake up again even though I continued to shout until the late hours. This is not a villa for parties and that was said even before you arrived.

The place to be. Peaceful rest, amazing view. And above all, an amazing welcome from the owners of the B&B who took care of every detail. It's not the first time we've been to a B&B, but it's obvious that each time the place just gets more and more well-kept. well-groomed and invested. We will come back here again Villa Nof Molade, a luxurious vacation villa facing a breathtaking view of the Hermon and Galilee mountains. The villa is designed for a pastoral and pleasant family vacation. It was a pleasure to host
It's so much fun to arrive at a place that meets expectations and even exceeds them. We arrived on very cold dates and spending time in the heated and private pool was very important to us, we were quite skeptical that the temperature in the pool would indeed be pleasant as promised and indeed they lived up to their promise and more, it was a pleasure to spend time in the pool when it was cold and rainy outside. Another good thing to note is the level of cleanliness, especially since this is a 150 square meter villa, everything was shiny including the kitchen cabinets, the oven and the refrigerator so it was pleasant to eat and stay there. In addition, we appreciated the attention to detail, the B&B is equipped with everything a family needs on a daily basis, down to the level of cling film and papers In conclusion, we had a great time and we highly recommend it
