We noticed that

Since this is a garden apartment in a boutique building, there is no complete privacy in the yard.

First line to the sea and a private pool in the yard. Mykonos by the Sea is a vacation apartment that doesn't try to impress, it is designed, equipped and comfortable for entertaining, but in our case, what more do you need besides some negative ions and a little jump in the sea?

Apartment types

The apartment covers an area of approximately 160 square meters and feels like a real vacation home by the sea. In the center of the space you will find a spacious living room with a large TV and a dining area that fits eight diners, and adjacent to them is a fully equipped kitchen that allows you to cook meals easily - including an oven, induction hob, dishwasher and a wet bar.
For large families, the layout here is excellent: four bedrooms, including a double master bedroom with a bathroom and a dressing room. There are also guest toilets and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer.
The private courtyard is the highlight: a spacious garden with a 9×3 meter swimming pool, a seating area and direct access to the beach.

Location and ambience

The apartment is located on the seafront, in a quiet and pleasant part of the Nahariya promenade. This is an area that combines a relaxed beach atmosphere with the convenience of a city - restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlors, the mythical Ga'aton Avenue, and open spaces just a few minutes from the apartment.

Attractions in the area

The Nahariya promenade is right next door – ideal for morning walks, cycling or a quick dip into the sea. A short distance away you will find the Achziv Nature Reserve, Lagoon Beach, Rosh Hanikra, children’s play parks, and good culinary delights along the main street. For those who love nature – a short drive up to the Western Galilee opens up a world of trails, wineries and viewpoints.

Important to know

For the religious public - a hot plate and a water heater are available, and a synagogue is within walking distance.
Garden apartment - suitable for people with disabilities
Dogs are not allowed.
