Let's start from the end: "The Last Supper" is one of the most unique and high-quality boutique hotels in Israel. If you ask Natalie Portman and other "celebs" who have stayed here, you will probably hear the same statement (and she is not the only "celeb" who regularly stays here - see the full review). The place has gained a great reputation among connoisseurs due to being unique in Israel: A simple and perfect location "on the view" in the magical Amirim, a meticulous, smart design, without compromises, with a distinct European tendency and particularly high-quality accessories that match the overall quality.
Location and ambience
The personal experience I had during my visit to "The Last Supper" can be described as a journey through time. The "route" passes through the 19th century period of classical Europe, as the designed spaces of the suites in the luxury boutique hotel reproduce with marvelous precision the style of the homes of the European aristocracy.
The unique atmosphere is achieved through the antique furniture, which was purchased from private collections abroad, and through the judicious use of "period" accessory details and a color palette carefully adapted to the spirit of the time.
The large outdoor complex, in the boutique hotel "The Last Supper", is surrounded by panoramic views of a colorful Galilean landscape, immersed in rich and blooming vegetation, where many romantic corners are "hidden". A magical hiking trail leads to the pool complex, which is "sunk" in a tree "thick" in the shade of the trees and overlooks a breathtaking view from above. The atmosphere here is "different", very personal, full of character and story.
The complex itself is on the slope of the mountain in Amirim, not far from the entrance to the settlement, open to the south towards the landscape.
What does the place include
Four beautiful suites make up the complex.
The three older suites (" the northern", "large" and "southern" ) are located on a wide balcony (each has an additional balcony, overlooking the view and completely private).
The romantic "Provence" suite is located separately and is especially suitable for couples who are looking to isolate themselves in a more private and intimate environment.
In addition to this, there is a magnificent lobby, where a gallery of beautiful photos is displayed, the work of Bella, a talented artist in her own right and a professional hostess.
Each suite here has a wide balcony overlooking the landscape, a GODIN fireplace (in a model that hasn't changed in 500 years), a large jacuzzi and more. The ceilings here are particularly high. As I pass from suite to suite, stopping by rare items that caught my eye, Bella, the host, tells me about the history of the ancient mirror in the gilded frame, of the impressive light fixture that hangs from the ceiling, of the exotic carpet from ancient times - every object here has a fascinating past, character and story .

Pay attention to the beautiful pictures in the lobby, the work of Bella, a talented artist in her own right. The place is especially loved by "celebs" and there is a good chance of rubbing shoulders with them in the lobby. In addition to Natalie Portman, Ahinoam Nini, Limor Abergil (the beauty queen), Ninet Taib and Yehuda Levy, and many more have been guests here. Pampering spa treatments can be ordered for the suites, vegetarian/vegan chef meals can be ordered directly to the rooms and there are a variety of cafes, restaurants and tourist attractions around.

Add to that a great location, a breathtaking view, high-level equipment and hosts with a high sense of service gained over many years of experience - and you will understand why "The Last Supper" has been one of our more "tasty" cherries on top for many years.
