"..."Vista Bonita" - means "beautiful view" in Spanish, and in this case we are talking about B&Bs with an amazing view, which definitely sets standards in the field. But... this is just part of the magical experience that is right for you: the tempting suites, the Spanish design, the rounded finishes, the brown slate floor, the wooden ceiling and the Mediterranean windows... Siesta!
So why "Vista Bonita"?
"Vista Bonita" means "beautiful view" in Spanish, and in this case we are talking about suites with an open view of the Sea of Galilee in all its glory from the windows and balconies of the suites.
It's not by chance that Kassia, the owner, chose to give the complex a name in Spanish. The suites at "Vista Bonita" are decorated with rounded finishes, brown slate floors, high wooden ceilings, and a color palette that characterizes the Spanish design style. And that's not all: among a few other surprises, you will also find some castanets waiting for you if you feel like breaking out in a seductive flamenco dance...
In order to leave a lot of room for the virtues of "Vista Bonita", I will start with the disadvantages:
The suites, which are adjacent to each other, are located on the roof of Ksiya's house and are reached by climbing stairs, with one corridor leading to both. From the moment you enter the suite, you enjoy complete privacy. That's it. We're done with the shortcomings.
And now a little guided imagination:
You park your car in the covered parking lot, pass over an ornamental pond via a small wooden bridge, and under the albizia tree that spreads out above you like a cloud of pink feathers. Opposite is a green garden decorated with a basalt rockery, between whose stones are woven ornamental plants and spices... Continue walking along the kurkar paths, surrounded by a well-kept lawn with lounge chairs and intimate seating areas. In addition, you will find a barbecue area here.
And now, go up the stairs decorated with Spanish ceramics to the large balcony. (Shared by both units) which faces west, to a mountain view and has shaded seating areas. Here, if you wish, you can eat the delicious breakfast made by Kszia. And since cooking in the units is not possible, the landlady has been wise enough to build a fully equipped kitchenette on this balcony where you can show off your cooking skills.
From the balcony you enter the building. At the end of a short corridor are two doors decorated with Spanish ornaments. On the right is the "Rosita" suite and on the left is the "Dolce" suite. The suites are different from each other. The "Rosita" suite is slightly smaller, and creates an enveloping and warm atmosphere, while the Dolce suite creates a flowing and light atmosphere.
Both suites have a round double jacuzzi, kitchenette, double bed (in the Dolce Suite the bed is only 140 cm wide, in the Rosita it is 160 cm), a seating area, a TV and a private balcony.
And from the moment you close the door behind you... a feeling of calm, peace and relaxation settles over you. And when you wake up from your siesta - a personal recommendation - drink coffee on the romantic balcony facing the stunning view of the Sea of Galilee.
In conclusion:
The atmosphere here is hard to sum up in words. The beauty of the suite, the view is one of the best in Israel... Perhaps the main thing here is the nature of the hospitality, which makes the place a fine romantic getaway. Quality B&Bs, recommended by the summit guide.
