amazing experience

We really enjoyed the place and the quiet atmosphere in the place. The pool area is very beautiful and full of sunbeds and chairs so you can choose how to sit. Also, the guest house is very clean and tidy, and there were some surprises waiting for us in the fridge. The owner of the guesthouse is very nice and kind!!! Waiting for the next time

We will not return

We stayed for 2 nights at Riki's B&B, a nice woman by all accounts and at the same time, we left disappointed by the experience, disgusted and cheated. The B&Bs sit a meter from a huge chicken coop, I don't know if you've ever passed by a chicken coop, but it's one of the smelliest, loudest and dirtiest things out there. At the entrance to the room there were dozens of flies and Riki said that today they came because it was hot...which turned out to be untrue, the flies are there because of the chicken coop, which makes it impossible to enjoy sitting outside, and forces you every time you enter and exit the room to quickly escape the flies and close the door quickly so they don't enter the room.. We planned on staying in the lovely pool, but this was not possible, a terrible noise from the coop, which is located next door, you sit in the pool and look at hundreds of chickens, and the stench suffocates you.. As mentioned, unfortunately we could not enjoy the pool. The room itself is very outdated: -cobwebs on the air conditioner above the bed. - The shower door creaks and locks only with a slam - There is no dresser on one side of the bed - There is only one blanket and no pillow - There is no coffee machine (these days it is basic in B&Bs) - A very small TV and far from the bed due to its size - There was no internet... ( Ricky said that there is just a problem with the network connection and they are working on it.. but the whole weekend there was no network.. we couldn't watch Netflix for example because of that..) It is obvious that they are not investing in the B&B anymore, they are not renewing it, which was built 20 years ago and was new so this is what you will get today ..and today it is already very old. The B&B and the location have tremendous potential since the complex is quiet, private and the view is stunning... but there is no value for the high price... we complained to Ricky, who showed understanding and came to meet us with the price... but I would have preferred to know all this before I decided to put my money and my precious vacation time with her .. The owners of the B&B should be more transparent on the website and not give false testimony in the description of the place or alternatively ask for a very low price to match the value offered... Of course you can also decide to invest in the B&B, and take care of all the failings mentioned, in order to respect the guests who pay for it. We will not return.

Hi Shira, I'm sorry to read your opinion. The secret of the charm of the Lotem cabins lies in the nature that surrounds us. Shomra is an agricultural settlement and there is a coop for cute and peaceful chickens in the complex itself, they are also part of the natural atmosphere that prevails in the place (the coop, by the way, is separated with vegetation and a high bamboo fence, but anyone who wants is welcome to approach and say hello to them). As you have experienced, our service is above all and we are always open to receive feedback and learn. However, I must say that I am surprised by what you wrote. The website reflects everything we have (or don't have) in our cabins and you still chose to stay with us. On the second day of your stay when you expressed your displeasure you were given the option to leave and still chose to stay with us for another night. I respected your feeling all the way and after you asked for a discount I suggested that you pay as you see fit and I will accept it with love. In my belief, livelihood is from heaven and the main thing is that you leave with a good feeling. I am sorry that despite our many efforts we were not successful in your case.

A romantic B&B with absolute privacy, the B&B is tastefully designed and thinking about all the little details. Everything was very clean and tidy. Every request was answered positively and with a smile! (The B&B had slippers and robes, very very tasty treats, plenty of cows, milk, and eggs) Simply a pleasure, we are already waiting for our next vacation with them. Simply amazing

Ricky is an amazing host. We rented the three cabins and basically the entire complex for 2 nights. The cleanliness and facilities are excellent!! The place is highly recommended.

Amazing and recommended place

We stayed last weekend and had an amazing experience. Zimmer is well thought out, and it's obvious that they put thought into the small details. The most pampering and large jacuzzi. Lovely attitude from the hostess - Ricky is definitely recommended!

Perfect, we will be back for sure!

My partner and I (26 and 28 years old) arrived on Saturday evening. Riki the host awaited us with a warm welcome, led us down the path to the cabin, which is beautiful and very intimate I must say, showed us the interior of the cabin and there was nothing missing! Just like a pastoral forest cabin - built entirely of wood, with a well-equipped kitchenette, adjustable TV, excellent air conditioning, a wide and comfortable bed, with a huge emphasis on the huge jacuzzi that faces a single-sided front window (something I've never seen anywhere else, total privacy !) - was simply wonderful! A lovely experience in every way. The host's attention to the small details was lovely - tamaroks in the shower, in the fridge: fresh eggs, juice, milk, a bottle of water, chocolates and towel swans on the bed and much more - they put a lot of thought into providing us with a unique experience. Also, since we came during Hanukkah, Riki invited us to light candles with her lovely family in their house next to the compound - it was really special for us honey people. We definitely plan to return in the future, maybe even with another couple.. Really a lovely, romantic and private, cozy and comfortable place that is perfect for a short couple's stay, for anyone looking for a moment of silence in all the hustle and bustle. *We would also highly recommend taking a walk in the area and being impressed by the beauty that nature offers (for example Goren Park). Feel confident that you made the right choice - a place that is worth the investment! Because we all deserve to enjoy the gift called "Lotam Huts".
