Advantages and disadvantages - a review from the field
When I was a kid, a million years ago, the world was pretty simple. I had no idea about insurance, banks, or other grown-up words. I needed very little to be happy, but three things represented an unattainable dream to me: an American car, a private pool, and Michal, the neighbor's daughter.
I won't have an American car anymore (even my battered Ford is made in Turkey...) and Michal still doesn't count me out, but I fulfilled my pool fantasy at Pool View in Mitzpe Manot.
Location and ambience
I park in front of the complex. Opposite me lies Villa "Quatro", with its courtyard facing me. There are two entrances on both sides of the villa. On the left, you enter "Green" and "Blue" (both of which are located in a separate building), the same path leads further to "Concept".
The entrance on the right leads to the "Black" suite and the "Wyatt" villa. Stairs lead to "Wyatt" which is located on the first floor (above Villa "Quatro"). The "Black" suite is further down the path in a separate building. The hosts themselves do not live in the complex, but they have appointed someone to maintain and handle all guest requests.
The development of the area in the complex is minimalist and advocates cleanliness, with synthetic grass, stone areas, and sidewalks dominating the design.
What does the place include
"Quatro" is a mini-villa with a private pool facing the front of the complex. It has a white "deck", seating areas and umbrellas and looks exactly like a 41-year-old's fantasy. I sit on one of the chaise lounges by the pool, close my eyes and imagine it's mine.
In terms of design, this villa speaks the language of the "concept" : a beautiful living room surrounded by glass walls that bring the pool and garden inside, and opposite - a sight I've never seen before: 9 screens that join a giant movie screen that you can also watch from the pool. In my search for popcorn, I came to a modern kitchen with everything you need for cooking (including an oven!) and further on - 3 sweet suites with cool wallpapers, LCD screens and private bathrooms. Two of the suites in the "concept" structure can function as separate units thanks to a separate entrance, balcony, outdoor jacuzzi and tiny kitchenette, but overall - to realize the potential of the place, it is recommended to take the whole thing.
The "White" villa (in the BKA, above "Quatro") is smartly built with the option of adjustments according to the number of people and there is also the option to host just one couple. There is a fairly large balcony with a narrow, 26-meter-long pool adjacent to the wall. A floating pool at a height that faces the back of the complex. From here you see a slightly more "rural" view of the settlement buildings themselves. The villa's design is very refined and inviting. By the way, the beds in all the suites adjust to an optimal position.
The "Black" suite is located separately from the rest of the complex with a side path. The suite is very invested with original gimmicks such as a fireplace that burns right on the edge of the jacuzzi surface on a platform higher than the rest of the room. Incidentally, this is a fairly large spa jacuzzi (200200), the jacuzzi ceiling is actually built in combination with glass and the possibility of shading and opening the roof for ventilation.
"Blue/Green" - offer intimacy and privacy in separate buildings. They have separate entrances and offer something completely different. The only pair of eyes that can penetrate them belong to a stray bird. Outside each unit is a private heated pool with a cute (!) waterfall and an open-air spa jacuzzi. Each suite is located right 'on' its private pool and its entire facade is made of glass. Inside, a cute kitchen and a seating area await, and again - a huge screen with a projector and two comfortable viewing chairs for a true cinema experience. The outdoor area of the Blue suite contains a garden area, and is slightly larger than the outdoor area of the Green suite.
You should know
The 'Concept' complex is suitable for 2-3 couples of friends. On the other hand, 2 of the suites in the 'Concept' complex can also be used for hosting separately from the main villa space. The "Quattro" villa with a large courtyard and private pool is also suitable for couples of friends. For movie lovers - both the suites and the 'Concept' complex offer a unique viewing experience on giant screens.

The "Pool View" complex offers uncompromising quality in all that concerns the interior design of the suites. We would have liked to develop a slightly more "natural" area, but whoever comes here will undoubtedly be from the "movie" that can be projected here (on giant screens): with the pools, the waterfalls, the music playing in the background – it all adds up to a rather luxurious and enjoyable atmosphere.
