We were at Zimmer Lemani for about three weeks, we were impressed by the pictures and we arrived, without any previous recommendations.

B&B with tremendous potential. Another drop of effort in maintenance (pruning dry leaves in the garden, fixing a squeaky door in the bathroom) and it was perfect! Still, we really enjoyed the silence, the beauty of the place inside and out, and the warm and unusual hospitality of Moniv - an amazing Druze guy who accompanied us and responded to our every request with all his heart. Fun!

The Galilean landscape enveloped us and gave us the feeling that we were really alone in the world,
The only noise was a murmur of nature coming from the amazing forest.
The B&B is well-kept and natural and you can feel the touch of a craftsman in it,

Our names are Yael and Roy, and we are a couple coming for the fourth time to Roni's (and Muniv's) B&Bs in Mitzpe Matat. The very fact that we are coming for the fourth time to the B&B (including for a few nights after our wedding) and are already waiting to return, says it all.
Let's start with the B&B itself: the B&B is isolated, located in a lovely forest, everything is clean and truly perfect, every detail: starting with the aesthetics and comfort inside the B&B, the small and delicious surprises when you arrive, the fruit trees that give the feeling of an orchard, the dormant spring that is at the end of a lovely staircase in the forest and it is Quiet, warm and clean and only for us (it's a dream come true), the clean sheets and the comfortable bed, the balcony with the goma pool and the fish, the lamps that are taken from fairy tales and accompany along the stairs to the lodge and more - everything leads to perfect and quiet happiness.
We will continue with the people who manage the B&B: Roni is lovely, and even though we haven't seen her, she is always available and helpful. Moniv, who is actually there to receive us and say goodbye to us, is a charming person, with a unique sense of aesthetics and a high level, always available, always helpful and generous. And the great fun: you can order a Galilean Druze dinner from the kitchen of Moniv's wife. A picnic basket arrives filled with everything good, with great flavors, everything is fresh, generous and worth every shekel.
The gift of the settlement itself is, as its name implies, a gift. This quiet and beautiful settlement sits on a mountain, the houses are far from each other and immersed in the woods, and everywhere there are fruit trees planted for the enjoyment of the residents (and sometimes also for curious guests :))
We strongly recommend everyone who wants to be pampered at a high level, and enjoys currency, generosity and peace - to come to these wonderful B&Bs. great happiness. We just returned today and are already waiting to return.

The B&B is not like all B&Bs, it is very special, it has a special atmosphere and is isolated and really gives a feeling of freedom and peace.
The highlight of the B&B is the kind of sleeper - the stone-hewn pool that we didn't leave for a moment!
It was a perfect experience and we decided that this would be our custom for our wedding anniversary - we will return to this B&B every year because the experience was truly amazing.

My husband and I stayed last weekend at Zimmer on Huadi and enjoyed every moment.
The charming Moniv welcomed us with open arms - helped us settle in, suggested places to travel, restaurants, etc.
The breakfast we received was delicious and fresh.

The experience at the Sleeping Spring B&B was exactly what we were looking for. The B&B is right inside the natural forest, surrounded by vegetation. The feeling is of disconnection from the world. Already on the way down to the B&B we realized that it was different from all the B&Bs we've been to so far, and really it's the best B&B we've been to. Even from the inside, the B&B is charming and designed in a natural and inviting way. Happily, it was very clean and pleasant and also very pampering. We really enjoyed it. The person who hosted us was Moniv who built the B&B with his own hands. Moniv is a charming person with good energies and a very interesting conversationalist, he was there for us whenever we needed him. What upgraded the experience even more was the small heated pool right inside the natural forest. It was just a pleasure. Highly recommend to everyone!

This is our second time at Baal Huadi, this time we came for three nights. Once again, we found ourselves in the homely and special B&B, in the heart of the mountain, with a breathtaking view. The beautiful B&B is only part of the hospitality we received, a warm, kind and cordial attitude. Moniv, from the neighboring Druze village, Khorfish, also made sure to bring us a delicious Druze dinner that we ate. In the heart of the mountain, there is a place with a huge heart, which is hard to say goodbye to and return home to. For sure, we will be back for a third time soon. Asaf and Guy.

For my partner's 40th birthday, I decided to surprise her and celebrate in a romantic B&B. Already from the impression on the website I felt that this was the place I was looking for, and when we arrived at the Zimmer itself, it was indeed so.
It started with the cleanliness of the place, which was polished and smelled good, continued with the special and practical design, and the little surprises that awaited us there: 2 pitas from the Taboon with zaatar and tomatoes, a bottle of wine and chocolates and a refrigerator full of all good things.
I would like to praise Muniv, the guy who maintains the place received us with great hospitality and very kindly explained everything we needed, and what impressed us the most was that we forgot the greetings that my daughters and I had written to my wife at the guesthouse, and Muniv called me to let me know that he found them, and the next day they They were already waiting for me in the mailbox at my place of residence. there are no such things !!!
In conclusion, it was very short, but there is a taste for much more... We will definitely go back there again, we had a really fun and relaxed time, the zimmer is located right in nature, and the energies there are worth everything. We came back with a clean head and full of energy.

The cabin is amazing, as soon as we entered it we were already greeted by a calm atmosphere. The place is well equipped with every little detail that is exactly where it is needed. And if they dig, they also find some surprises.

I've already been to many places - B&Bs, guesthouses and more, and of all the last weekend we spent in your lovely Princess B&B I was the most enthusiastic.
The place is lovely, the bed and breakfast is beautiful and cozy at a very high level - both the finish and all the accompanying items. Simply captivating.
The level of cleanliness is excellent. Everything is new and luxurious: refreshments, books, audio CDs, and movies - everything you can imagine in terms of needs in a B&B.
The peace and quiet - at the same time as reading a book in the clean and quiet air - gave me renewed energy to continue.
Most of all - you are Revital - with your wonderful energies, your way is always kind and pleasant, no small thing!
To stay in a B&B and feel like a company is hosting - I have not encountered such a phenomenon yet. The business side - just wasn't there.
As if we had been friends for a long time and you only wanted to help and guide.

Spring weather caught us - rainy and volatile, but thanks to the place we had a European and Israeli experience in the best sense of the word. The hosts took care of every little corner of the cabin, from welcoming to saying goodbye - yes, painful... we had a great time, we'll come back when we have the opportunity! Michael and Julia.
