A great vacation in a pampering B&B

Zimmer Merlo was pampering, with privacy and quiet. We loved the rich breakfasts, the huge jacuzzi with the streams, the fun pool and Francine's service was great and accompanied by recommendations for the best restaurants and even booked us a place because we couldn't make it

A beautiful place and according to the description..everything is pampering and shiny. We received ice cream coffee and a fruit tray as a treat from the owners. They were available for any request and everything was done nicely and with a big smile.

A pampering vacation from the bottom of my heart!

We stayed for one night, and were treated like kings. Reuven is a host with all his heart, he put us in a new, clean, well-equipped B&B, overflowing with treats from cows, sweets, hot and cold drinks, plenty of towels, varied lighting and everything is beautiful, aesthetic and tasteful!!!! We enjoyed a spa on a different level, a professional jacuzzi and a stunning sauna! It was fun and worth it!! Waiting to come back!!

Total place

The place is like in the pictures. The rooms are cozy and the view is really beautiful. One room is very bright and there is no way to block the light in the morning so it is less suitable for those who want to sleep late. The yard is very pleasant but the fence between it and the cabin next door is very thin and we could see and hear each other. There was a problem with the electricity in part of the house. After we informed the owner he tried to take care and we dealt with it for several hours on and off. We talked to the electric company on the phone, he came to look himself and finally brought an electrician to take care of the problem. In the end the electricity came back on in the house so the air conditioners worked but the jacuzzi didn't. Overall, we got a response and he took care of the problem, but it was less pleasant that we had people on top of us and we were upset that there was no jacuzzi. After I asked, and with distinct reluctance, he gave me a discount of NIS 150, which I think is too little for all the problems.

It was amazing!!!

Great vacation!! A perfect villa for a family vacation. We were 11 people. The children really enjoyed the garden and the pool. Number of bedrooms that allow privacy. We had a lot of fun. Highly recommend. The owners of the villa are charming and kind people.

Beauty in nature. Special meetings with Janet, an expert on focusing--for deep inner calm. The private pool is available at any hour of the day - whenever we want. We had fun but…

You can see that they invested in facilitization and a pool with currents and a massage chair, but... the place is not well maintained. very unclean. They didn't leave us enough towels and when I got up they really made faces (they didn't leave towels for the pool and towels for the bath, and they expected us to dry ourselves with the same towel for 3 days. They arranged for us the third bed we ordered, and the maintenance was not good at all. On the other hand, the kids enjoyed the pool and the massage chair like crazy. Recommend to be careful of the wet and slippery floor on the balcony. Really, if it was clean and maintained it could be perfect.

What's more, you didn't share it with me even though throughout the entire service I was available to you from the morning until the late evening hours you could say. I don't belittle your feelings for a moment, but it's a shame that we can't upload our conversation here along with your claims about dirt and the photos you sent so they can understand what it's about. And regarding the towels, there were enough towels, you stayed 2 nights and not 3, so it's important to be accurate! And you demanded a towel for every day, which is usually not provided for short stays. The extra mattress was with the float next to it and not on it so that guests would understand that the float was washed. It is important to say that as soon as you asked, you got access to all the towels that exist in our warehouse. And I'm very sorry that you don't mention that after you complained about the dirt, I sent you a cleaner who literally cleaned everything that was not to your liking. In addition, you received an extension to check out late without additional payment with fun and joy. Unfortunately, the feeling I got from you as a business owner is from the first second of dissatisfaction. I'm very sorry that the vacation ended this way and I'm even more sorry that you didn't share it with me and chose to comment here. Anyway, I took note.

Every year, a second before the big holiday, we go for three days of quiet and quality time with mother and sisters. This year, we chose to vacation at *Villa Dadia* - a perfect choice, the place is spectacular in its beauty, at a high level, maintained and meticulous down to the smallest details. The location is perfect, on one side the old city of Rosh Pina and on the other the Rosh Pina stream. What more do you need?! Highly recommend!!!

The house is a perfect vision

We stayed with the whole family at the villa in Chazon. The house is charming, decorated, comfortable and inviting. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, the pool is heated to a perfect temperature and when it gets cold you can move to the luxurious jacuzzi. The owners are charming and met all our needs, highly recommend!

It was just a pleasure

When we chose our vacation spot, we were looking for a quiet, pampering, well-equipped, secluded place, in nature and especially with good people who would host us for the summer vacation we were looking forward to. From the order we made and Naomi the host came up to us with precise explanations and answers to all questions to her wonderful breakfasts which were full of good things and every morning she tried very hard to diversify. Her husband Yoram was simply a human delight, we asked ourselves more than once how could it be that there are still such people in the world! He took care of everything, explained and gave us recommendations, every request we had he fulfilled quickly which we certainly did not expect and was the kind of host that made us realize that we are coming back there and soon!
