perfect!!!

Our second year in a row in the exact same suite.. 100% absolute privacy. A heated pool at the perfect temperature that has been renovated since last year. A pampering jacuzzi, a shower with two heads, a coffee machine and frother and much more... what more do you need??

It was perfect! Let's start with hosts that I haven't met in a long time in all respects. The service was so so so pleasant. The place is perfect and includes a heated pool that is really fun to enter even when it's cold, a play area for children, a trampoline and more. Totally worth it.

The location provides an adequate response to nearby attractions in the valley.. The hosts Yuval and Nava are giving and attentive to any request at any given moment. My wife and I booked 2 nights, our first vacation alone without the children, so we decided to invest in an expensive and expensive B&B that we received a recommendation from a family. We called the owners of the bed and breakfast, Assaf came and brought me ice and said that this could happen, because the bed and breakfast is in nature and he has no control over it, he said that it is known that there are a lot of scorpions in the Golan Heights at this time, and it is their territory, a snake can also enter, he said that he expects us to stay, if and decide to leave we will still be obligated to pay half of the amount of the second night. Amit, Assaf's wife, suggested that they do a thorough cleaning of the B&B, what would it help if a scan was done before we arrived at the B&B and they didn't discover that there were scorpions in the B&B, the truth is we didn't expect to pay 1500 per night, that we would get a scorpion sting and it would be legitimate, having no choice because of fear of the two scorpions found in the B&B And a bite from one of them, we had to leave and give up the rest of the vacation, a vacation for which we invested a lot, we did not compromise on the price and she required us to arrange 2 babysitters for the children. We asked the owners of the B&B if this is legitimate from their point of view and they say it happens, so we asked why they don't mention it on the website, because if we had seen it on the B&B website that there is a fear of scorpions being inside the B&B because it is the season, we would not have gone there. In light of the anguish of mind, it was appropriate to also receive compensation, but we contented ourselves with waiving the charge for the night we could not stay due to the fear. In the end, the owners of the guesthouse did not give up and claimed that they were coming to meet us so that they would only charge us for half the night of the night we did not stay. Unfortunately, we were charged for half of the second night.

Clean, calm, fun

The suite is amazingly clean!! The water in the pool and jacuzzi is clear, the towels and sheets are perfumed. In addition to the towels, we also received robes and spa slippers. There were plenty of extra blankets, pillows and towels. The upper balcony is stunning - with several seating areas, a small table, a corner for a barbecue, a facility for hanging wet laundry and a jacuzzi for 4. The suite is not large, but very functional. The pool is outside at the entrance and there are steps up to the suite itself. We were a large couple + 3. They slept on the sofa bed + mattress. In terms of kitchen utensils - basic (plates, glasses, mugs, sum). If you want to cook/barbecue, you need to bring dishes and a barbecue. The photos perfectly reflect the reality and the hostess is charming! It was a pleasure
