Not good

We stayed at Aliza's Zimmer, which is very nice, but the accommodation was not good enough for the price paid. First of all, this is not the place for those looking for space and a view, the complex is closed on the verge of claustrophobia, there is almost no place outside to sit, there is a feeling of suffocation and there is nothing to do in the B&B, certainly not with children, except sleep. We were told that the pool was heated, but when we arrived it turned out that it was not and there is a jacuzzi in a tent in the yard, it is not a heated pool. The fireplace you see in the picture does not exist. Many cats, not the owner's, roam outside, enter the room and even my child was bitten and screamed for two hours, I was sure it would end up in a hospital but it passed. The highlight was when I came to shower the girl, a water pipe in the shower exploded on me and boiling water flew on my hand and face. The owner of the guesthouse came to change the faucet. A second after the event, the electricity went out for the first time while I was showering the girl. The owner of the guesthouse turned the electricity back on. And so the electricity went up and down at least five times during the Egyptian dark showers. Every evening there was flooding in the shower area and all the towels were on the floor, the shower is not sealed and all the water comes out. When we left we asked Aliza for compensation and she gave us a discount of NIS 200. Aliza claimed that the price was higher to begin with and we received a discount, which was not true because before we arrived at the Zimmer we received confirmation of the amount. The owners of the B&B are very nice and came to help every time something broke down, but that's not how a vacation should be and that's not how it should end.

It was just perfect

Amazing location as only the north can offer, and the place is even more amazing! We were in the eastern suite, unlike other places, all the facilities in the mansion are maintained, the private pool is really heated, a pampering double jacuzzi, a spacious suite equipped down to the smallest details, the sauce is the fireplace (and it's not just for beauty) and fresh and delicious breakfasts prepared nearby to be served to the suite according to the hour who choose We also booked a couple's massage in our suite through the mansion, 2 very professional masseuses arrived. I don't have one bad word to say about the experience. 300 meters away there is a perfect local bistro with amazing dishes! Looking forward to going back there again

Not worth the requested amount per night

The place is certainly beautiful but is not maintained and does not justify the requested amount. We would have expected for this amount to at least get breakfast and get what you see in the pictures, but unfortunately it was not the case... We slept well 🙂

perfect perfect perfect!!!

We were a couple + 2 tiny ones and a baby, the lovely Nava made sure we didn't miss anything. She made us a clean and cozy playpen for the baby, chocolates and sweet things for the children. We liked that the children's floor has stairs and not a ladder like in the other B&Bs. The pool was warm and pleasant, fenced and safe for children. Huge jacuzzi. Everything is clean and polished!!!! Lots of beautiful places to walk in the area. We would love to come back again!!!

Pampering, dreamy, perfect

Crazy view, heated outdoor jacuzzi, huge balcony, warm and pleasant atmosphere. The hosts are just lovely! We felt like we were in a dream for three days. We hope to return there soon (: highly recommend!!!

An extraordinary experience

We arrived at the cabin and were surprised by the level of facilities, cleanliness, treats and the amazing atmosphere in the lodge. The room faces a view of vines and overlooks the Sea of Galilee. We enjoyed every moment and highly recommend. A perfect B&B for couples who want to pamper themselves and enjoy themselves.

Stunning, highly recommended!

Stunning B&B, perfectly built, our son was thrilled to have the option to sleep upstairs, the location is perfect with full privacy. Hannah is rare in her kindness and the treats she gives (sweet tangerines and chestnuts from the fire were waiting for us). There is a cute kitchenette, a TV, a really comfortable bed, everything is clean, a pampering jacuzzi, in short, everything you need for a pampering vacation with or without the children, I highly recommend, looking forward to coming back.

Relaxation and pampering from the movies

In a winning location in a deep end, with nature from all directions, two cabins equipped at a level that we have not met in any other Zimmer. A real treat in every corner, and it is obvious that they thought of every detail in the B&B. Yael and Danny are wonderful and available hosts who give their whole heart and soul to hospitality. We would have stayed longer if only it was available :)

disappointing

We arrived on a rainy and cold evening, the latecomer didn't turn on the heating in advance so it was just freezing and we were in coats almost the whole evening. When we arrived all reception was on the phone and it felt very impersonal and unwelcoming. Also, food allergies were not taken seriously in advance, I said several times and once he said when you arrive we will talk. There is a fireplace in the place, when we asked to light it, Mor instructed us to light it ourselves, instead of lighting it for us, and when we already asked him to do it, he was very delayed in arriving until it was no longer relevant. The place is absolutely beautiful but the attitude was not pleasant, when I told the host that we were disappointed, he shouted at me on the phone and called me rude. It sucks to pay so much money and receive such treatment.

We are sorry to hear that despite all our efforts the guest did not meet your expectations. Despite the late evening time, we waited to receive you at 20:00 as you promised after countless changes in the arrival time and if you did not arrive at the appointed time we were happy to receive you by phone. From this stage you would be unpleasant to us despite all our attempts to please you. All the guests light the fireplace themselves, we don't! I tried to help and it didn't get a positive attitude from you either. We treat food sensitivities with full responsibility and make sure to ask each and every guest about sensitivities and so you were asked and served accordingly. You received the full treatment and the full desire and above all a proper B&B. I'm sorry that your hand is light on the keyboard. The Galilee is our home and we love and are proud to host here and it's a shame that there are people who make a bad name for nothing! How noble!! Certainly, the balance here on the summit site between the opinions of guests and hosts is not at all balanced, but if I had the ability not to recommend you as guests, that's what I would do!! You left behind dirt and obvious disdain! Only Health.

Nice all the same

We stayed as a couple in the Zimmer unit. The key to the unit was waiting for us under the carpet, we got a nice, good smelling and tidy B&B. Cold drinks, beers, chocolate bars and milk for coffee were waiting for us in the fridge. During the shower, frozen water came out after about a minute (weather less than 6 degrees at night) which did not become hotter at all. After the shower was over, we sent a message to Ms. Avivit in WhatsApp, claiming that the shower was not working properly, and she explained that the gas cylinder had probably run out and had to be replaced. When it was explained to her that it was too late, she did not like it and claimed that she had no way of knowing when a balloon ran out (a gas balloon can be connected to a clock, or any other solution that should not be my problem as a guest of the place) the WIFI network in the room was terrible and most of the time there was no reception (I The Golan Telecom network and also my network had no reception at all). A night lamp twice caused a short circuit that knocked out all the electricity in the B&B. All in all an unpleasant experience of one night at a cost of one thousand shekels directly in front of Avivit without bargaining.
