We arrived at the villa for a family holiday, 7 adults and 8 children. The villa itself is a luxury calibre, but on the first evening it is quite disappointing. Although there is a jacuzzi (due to the corona virus we were told that it is forbidden to use it) and a pool, but there is a great lack of attention to details that make the accommodation pleasant and luxurious. There is one small refrigerator. There were no towels. There were no chairs for 15 and we had to ask for them to be brought. Even then, We got a 5 instead of a 9, because they didn't have any. The showers have nowhere to put the soap and shampoo, and nowhere to put toothbrushes. 2 door handles are falling apart, after we were told this is a brand new villa that just opened. The pillows are shaggy and definitely not new. We were told there was a toaster. When we arrived , there wasn't. We were told that it broke and they would bring another. They did bring a new one after about an hour. There is no pot holder, no basic spices like pepper and salt. There is one kitchen towel. For 15 people for a week. They will probably bring a clean one if we ask, but in a luxury villa the expectation is that there will be A cupboard with a number of kitchen towels that can be replaced when you get dirty or wet. It should be equipped and you don't have to ask for everything. In the villas we stayed in the past, there was thought about details in the kitchen such as baking paper, silver foil, plastic wrap. There was nothing here. The dishwasher is not fixed and almost turned over With all the tools. Even after we were alerted, it was not taken care of. The most basic Yes package. No vod, no sports channels and most children's channels. One umbrella in the pool area and one umbrella in the barbecue area. The first one is incorrect. Closes all the time and we had to tie it with a bag, so that it wouldn't close. There are indeed nice facilities for children (swings and slides...), a ping pong table and an Xbox, but it really doesn't justify the amount they are asking for. Prestige, it was not. Even when we contacted Sapir, who we were told was responsible, she only said that she was sorry that this was our experience, but we are to blame for it, because "we should have asked, and we didn't." Bottom line, complete lack of service consciousness. It's not that the place is bad, it just doesn't match the exorbitant price they asked for it

A perfect B&B for couples, clean and well maintained with privacy and a rare view.

Everything was perfect, we arrived before the wedding to get set up in the suite. The place is stunning, fully equipped, very clean, calm atmosphere and a perfect suite. The best hosts in the world.

Located in a simply stunning area, the view of the valley in front of your eyes. The suite has everything! You don't need to bring anything from home❤️❤️❤️

We were an extended family in all the B&Bs, the coordination phase with Ortel, the stunning B&B owner, who tried to help with every question and consultation was amazing! The B&Bs are designed at the level of thinking about every detail!! The complex with a gorgeous view, grass and spaces for children and the pool is the highlight!! It was just fun! Waiting to come back!!

The B&B exceeded all our expectations, the garden around it is stunningly beautiful and very well thought out, the pool is clean and refreshing, we received many treats, and the breakfast was amazing, one of the best we ate. highly recommend!

We took the 3 B&Bs. We enjoyed complete privacy, a smile and lovely services from the hosts. The place is clean and pleasant. Same as the advertised pictures. The kids keep talking about how lovely it was and want to go back.

Iris and my amazing husband, warm, loving and embracing, welcomed us with open arms with amazing refreshments. Everything we asked for was immediately answered. The villa is stunning, tastefully decorated, very well equipped and comfortable, clean to a high standard. We were 12 people and each had privacy in the personal suite. B&B with a spectacular view of Nahal Kaziv, a jacuzzi on the balcony inside is beautifully designed and well maintained. A perfect place for a relaxing couple's vacation.

We arrived at a brilliant suite! Already at the entrance we gave a homely and pampering feeling. The owners are always available for any request! The breakfast was very tasty and big (can also be lunch). There is privacy that exceeds all expectations and the view is simply gorgeous.

We stayed at the hotel, a couple without children, in June, Tuesday to Friday, a total of 3 nights. We purchased a room with a private pool which is more expensive than a regular room. Sunday: The room was delivered to us dirty as if it had not been cleaned before. A lot of hairs were found in the bedding and in the bathroom. We asked for the room to be cleaned which took about an hour. The pool was broken and unusable. Murky water. After we complained, the hotel employee came to fix the pool, which took several hours to fix the problem, and until the next morning the pool was unusable since the water filtration took all night. Monday: a lack of hot water was felt. To illustrate, during the shower the faucet sets a maximum in the hot direction and the water was lukewarm. After we complained, we were told that we didn't know how to turn the faucet and after the hotel employee arrived, we were told that the water was hot enough and there was no problem. The breakfast is mediocre minus. For example, liquid accumulation in the salad bowls is evident and the feeling is of a lack of turnover and freshness. There are no disposable gloves in the buffet as is customary in other hotels. The room is not cleaned during breakfast as is customary in other hotels, but "comes to clean by 3:00 p.m." Actually at 14:00 they came to clean what violates privacy and forces an exit from the room. In the afternoon a group arrived with ATVs. Each guest arrived with a car + ATV + trailer, which caused a lack of parking, vehicle blockages, beeps and shouts. In addition, the guests used ATVs as a personal service vehicle and drove them to the rooms and throughout the hotel while making a terrible noise and disturbing the peace, without any disturbance. The hotel staff did not take control of the issue and showed exhaustion and helplessness. Tuesday: The noise of the ATV team continued to be unbearable, from morning until evening. At the time of departure, we demanded to receive a refund for the first day from a pool room to a normal room, since the pool was not working and the hotel employees stayed in the room until 6 in the evening. In response to the receptionist's reply that any connection she has with providing service and understanding to the guest is incidental to non-existent, we replied that she "can't do anything" and we have to wait about two hours until the manager arrives at the hotel. According to them, he is in meetings. When I protested and demanded to receive compensation even though the manager was not there, I was answered by the receptionist with threats and a security guard, who of course did nothing since I did not threaten anyone. It just bothered her that we continued to demand compensation and an answer to our complaint, so she thought that threatening us would solve the problem. The successful method works. Only employees who "can't do anything" are left in the hotel, without a manager with authority who can give a serious answer. Also, we complained about the pool issue already in the first days and we were not offered any compensation. It should be noted that the payment was collected in full upon arrival at the hotel, so any compensation is difficult to impossible to receive. They leave everything for check out, when there is no manager, there is no orderly procedure for handling complaints. Again, the successful method. In addition, although we were told at the time of booking that at this time of the year the hotel is child-free, children were staying at the hotel. I recommend staying away from the place - it's a waste of money and heartache.

A beautiful and exciting piece of paradise where every detail is thought of and pampered.. We arrived on Thursday morning to get organized for our wedding and received treatment and pampering beyond our expectations. The hosts were excited along with us and made these three days an unforgettable experience if you weren't.. why are you waiting
