A dreamy and magical place

The B&B looks exactly like the pictures and even more beautiful in reality. A gorgeous view, complete privacy and silence that we never dreamed of. The place was maintained and polished as if we were the first to use everything. Fully equipped and beyond - a feeling that everything was simply thought of, and there really wasn't anything missing. The owner of the guesthouse is charming. Takes care of everything and is available at any hour.

Great new unit!

We are a couple with two little ones, and we and the children really, really enjoyed ourselves. The pool was very suitable for our small children, including full fencing, so we were also quiet in terms of safety. The view is stunning and everything is new, clean and very pleasant. Moran and Yehuda are very cute and pampered us and the children wholeheartedly. Definitely recommended!

disappointing. We felt cheated.

We arrived at the villa for a family holiday, 7 adults and 8 children. The villa itself is a luxury calibre, but on the first evening it is quite disappointing. Although there is a jacuzzi (due to the corona virus we were told that it is forbidden to use it) and a pool, but there is a great lack of attention to details that make the accommodation pleasant and luxurious. There is one small refrigerator. There were no towels. There were no chairs for 15 and we had to ask for them to be brought. Even then, We got a 5 instead of a 9, because they didn't have any. The showers have nowhere to put the soap and shampoo, and nowhere to put toothbrushes. 2 door handles are falling apart, after we were told this is a brand new villa that just opened. The pillows are shaggy and definitely not new. We were told there was a toaster. When we arrived , there wasn't. We were told that it broke and they would bring another. They did bring a new one after about an hour. There is no pot holder, no basic spices like pepper and salt. There is one kitchen towel. For 15 people for a week. They will probably bring a clean one if we ask, but in a luxury villa the expectation is that there will be A cupboard with a number of kitchen towels that can be replaced when you get dirty or wet. It should be equipped and you don't have to ask for everything. In the villas we stayed in the past, there was thought about details in the kitchen such as baking paper, silver foil, plastic wrap. There was nothing here. The dishwasher is not fixed and almost turned over With all the tools. Even after we were alerted, it was not taken care of. The most basic Yes package. No vod, no sports channels and most children's channels. One umbrella in the pool area and one umbrella in the barbecue area. The first one is incorrect. Closes all the time and we had to tie it with a bag, so that it wouldn't close. There are indeed nice facilities for children (swings and slides...), a ping pong table and an Xbox, but it really doesn't justify the amount they are asking for. Prestige, it was not. Even when we contacted Sapir, who we were told was responsible, she only said that she was sorry that this was our experience, but we are to blame for it, because "we should have asked, and we didn't." Bottom line, complete lack of service consciousness. It's not that the place is bad, it just doesn't match the exorbitant price they asked for it

It was just perfect

We were an extended family in all the B&Bs, the coordination phase with Ortel, the stunning B&B owner, who tried to help with every question and consultation was amazing! The B&Bs are designed at the level of thinking about every detail!! The complex with a gorgeous view, grass and spaces for children and the pool is the highlight!! It was just fun! Waiting to come back!!

A perfect vacation

The B&B exceeded all our expectations, the garden around it is stunningly beautiful and very well thought out, the pool is clean and refreshing, we received many treats, and the breakfast was amazing, one of the best we ate. highly recommend!

We took the 3 B&Bs. We enjoyed complete privacy, a smile and lovely services from the hosts. The place is clean and pleasant. Same as the advertised pictures. The kids keep talking about how lovely it was and want to go back.

Pampering rooms, maintained at the highest level. A central pool and immersion baths near the rooms, everything is clean and luxurious. Shuli the landlady is charming and made sure to spoil us. Pampering and quality breakfast. In short, highly recommended.

It was simply stunning

Iris and my amazing husband, warm, loving and embracing, welcomed us with open arms with amazing refreshments. Everything we asked for was immediately answered. The villa is stunning, tastefully decorated, very well equipped and comfortable, clean to a high standard. We were 12 people and each had privacy in the personal suite. De Luxe accommodation and place. I highly recommend going to relax and enjoy. 💗💗💗💗💗
