Even before arriving on vacation, my sisters and I (3 families) started looking for a place to vacation for two nights during the holiday week. We found this place and wanted to check inquiries. My sister sent a request through the website, but the request was rejected after a few hours. Since we liked the place, I decided to send a request again and received a reply from the owner of the place, when she claimed that they do not accept at least 3 nights. After consulting with the family, we decided to go despite the (significant) additional payment for us. I asked about the check-in-check-out times, which I found quite strange and inconvenient (check-in at 3:30 p.m. and check-out at 10:30 a.m.!) and I received an answer that this could be checked closer to the arrival dates and according to inquiries and customers More will be hosted there. Before arriving at the complex, we contacted on WhatsApp to check the check-in/out hours, we received a dry and embarrassing answer, in which we informed about the hours and bringing pets ("enter at 15:30 leave at 10:30, dogs are not allowed" - to be more precise!) , without even saying hello. When we learned that the check-out time is at 10:30 in the morning, we asked why so early? We have small children and it is difficult to get up, get organized and leave at such an early hour and is it possible for them to compromise a little with us? Their answer was: "It is what it is!" and we responded that it is also possible to say it in a more pleasant manner. After that we contacted the owner of the place by phone regarding the arrival and departure times after we were really hurt by the answer we received via WhatsApp. The owner of the place spoke in a very unkind way and we considered canceling the vacation and not coming to the place at all (we believe that the hosts are a very large part of the hospitality experience). After considering the matter between us, we decided not to bother the children on the holiday and to come despite the inappropriate treatment we received. When arriving at the compound, we were surprised to find B&Bs full of hundreds of flies, since there is a chicken coop near the compound. Avraham, the owner of the place, insisted that he could not fight nature and there was nothing to be done and that when it got dark the flies would leave (we stayed in a B&B very close to the place, there were flies around but the owners tried to prevent them from entering the B&Bs). It is important to note that we did not receive a smile from the people who are supposed to host us in this place. We tried to find solutions, because after a two-hour drive and with a holiday coming up, we weren't ready to give up and go home, even though we considered leaving because of their attitude. After unpleasant arguments with Avraham and his mother and after we shared with them that we feel their attitude is racist and discriminatory, they compromised on the price for one of the families, whose cabin was extremely full of flies (the compromise was for a 2 and 2 month old girl). On the day of the holiday, when we were in the pool area, Avraham arrived without saying Happy Holidays or asking how we were and started to explain to us (with a scolding) that the jacuzzi cover costs a lot of money and to show us how to fold it correctly since we had not done it correctly before (it is important to note that we did not receive any An explanation upon arrival at the location and that folding the cover was not intuitive at all). On our last day, one of the men humorously asked Avraham, tell me when do we have to evacuate the compound? (We know in advance that we are supposed to leave at 10:30 and the question was asked really humorously), so Avraham responded: "As far as I'm concerned, leave now because I have a lot of work on my mind!". A simply shocking response and gave us a feeling of discomfort, and that our stay is unwanted and they are just waiting for us to leave. We should note that the complex itself was beautiful, equipped, clean and tidy and the stay there was pleasant. Finally, there is access! If it is not possible to check out a little later, you can say that they understand us, but unfortunately they receive guests right after us and they have to prepare the complex on time. Believe me we would understand it and accept it with love. Hospitality is a significant part of the hospitality experience and they managed to lose 3 families who will never return there.

Large B&B, pampering jacuzzi, very quiet and very clean. Exactly what we wanted

The suite is very clean and pleasant to stay. We stayed as a couple with a baby and the lovely Moran took care of us and the little one for every little detail that was missing. The pool is perfect in front of a stunning view, the breakfast was delicious and satisfying, there was an abundant selection. We enjoyed complete privacy and had fun. A very fun vacation in a delightful place, many thanks to the hosts.

The owners of the bed and breakfast received us wonderfully in the rooms, everything was perfect refreshments, wine, popsicles, milk, chocolates, very clean, a lovely view, an amazing pool and a complex of jacuzzis, and a hammam, and a fridge full of popsicles, just eat the owners of the bed and breakfast are amazing, in short, we are coming back in October again....

It was just a perfect stay! The view is rare, the atmosphere is intimate and quiet (helps to escape from all the stress and noise in the center), the cabin is equipped at a high level, cleanliness at a high level, a jacuzzi facing a magical view and also an intimate pool! Perfect B&B with cordial hosts. What you see in the pictures is what you get and beyond that. Everything was clean and sweet. Before we move on to the compliments, and this zimmer deserves a lot of compliments, it is critical to say something that is not stated anywhere: if you place special emphasis on privacy, Baktaim will not suit you. The two cabins are about three to four meters apart. I could not only see but also hear the other couple from the courtyard of the Zimmer, and I also heard them from the room itself. One of the days we also heard clearly from the other direction a conversation of other people, perhaps the hosts. It is extremely unfortunate that this matter is not written on any website that describes the Zimmer and I hope that my review will save some people who value privacy on vacation from a negative experience. Unfortunately, we also did not have enough privacy in another respect: the owner of the B&B unexpectedly visited us several times on the grounds of the B&B. One time she came while I was changing clothes next to the baptism pool in the corner of the yard and also called in a voice that woke up my partner. Also, we did not get the B&B that was promised to us. Since we are sensitive to light, if there is no darkness in the B&B, we give it up in advance and continue looking for another B&B. The promise of a shaded room was the reason we went for the cabins, so the disappointment was severe when we arrived and discovered that we got the lighted room, while the darkened room had already been given to another couple and it was too late to do anything about it. If you have special requests, it is recommended to check several times after booking and before arrival that they make sure that the requests are fulfilled according to what was promised. Beyond that, this is a beautiful B&B, superbly equipped, exceptionally clean, full of culinary and Turkish delicacies, the view from it is wonderful and the breakfast is rich, excellent and indulgent. The B&B owner is responsible for both cleaning and preparing breakfast and excels in both areas.

The suite is spacious, very comfortable, clean, with luxurious fittings. Pleasant showers with a very strong current. A large and very pleasant private pool. And the highlight - a round bathtub in a beautifully designed bedroom, with an exceptional view towards the northern mountains.

B&Bs at a very poor level!!! What appears in the pictures is not the same as what you get in reality. Dirty rooms, leaky faucets, the pool complex with almost no shade at all, the shingle is completely torn, the deck floor in many areas is broken and dangerous to walk on. We received the rooms without towels. We had to wait several hours for them to bring us clean towels.

We were 2 couples in the 2 B&Bs. 2 guest houses, which are close about 15 m from each other, but each couple has its own privacy. Large, air-conditioned, clean and excellent-smelling B&B, large bed, dining area, 2 large armchairs, exit to back garden with 2 sunbeds, hammock, small sitting area, barbecue including barbecue utensils and fan. Toilets, shower, towels, soap, shampoo. A kitchenette equipped with cutlery, dishes, a microwave oven, a matznam, an electric stove, a refrigerator full of milk, cold water, beers, carbonated drinks, mineral water, wine and cookies of two kinds. The highlight - every zimmer has an indoor jacuzzi and an outdoor jacuzzi in the garden that overlooks the view. Noam, the owner of the B&B is very kind, pleasant to walk around, and attentive to the guests. Every request was answered in a short time. In Ma'ale Gamla, a minute's drive from the B&B, there is a grocery store and you can stock up on various products there. We organized breakfasts at the B&B and used the grocery store to buy cheeses and eggs , rolls, etc.

The most important thing is clean, pleasant. A great pool and privacy..Penina the host is lovely, available for any question. fair price. It's fun to have places like this.

A charming complex of two huge suites and two sweet cabins overlooking the Sea of Galilee. The pool is great for a family with little ones and the highlight are Mimi and Abi the hosts. It's a pleasure to talk with them and it's wonderful to see that there are people who are happy to have visitors as family members. warmly recommended

It's not a real place, it's just heaven. The hospitality, the hosts, the cleanliness, the privacy, the view, the treats, the thought of all the little details, everything was simply amazing and perfect. We didn't want to leave, Dani and Yael are amazing you see they have a lot of experience in hospitality. Worth every penny, we will definitely be back. There are no such places
