It was a lot of fun, great jacuzzi, big pool, very clean place, oven, stove, fridge and freezer which is not common to find in a B&B, we will be back

Quiet, privacy, calm

I'm attaching the thank you letter I sent to the amazing Sigal: Now that we've returned to real life it's time to say thank you and some good things. Let's start with the warm and welcoming hospitality, not trivial, and I'm sure it's not always easy. The first thing that made me happy when we entered the biktah, is the fact that there is no mop in the shower, a big plus and a light spot. We will move to a minimalist and precise design, a correct and pleasant flow in the room and on the balcony. The attention to the small details, all the dishes are matching and not sporadic, the small and precise coffee set, the sugar box, not that I use, but still a beautiful box. The cake, the little treats, and making sure it feels personal. The landscape was created by someone else, but the position of the balcony in front of it, it was already in your hands, and it's perfect. And about the breakfast, there is nothing to add, a precise, aesthetic and bold touch, not in a stuntz, made me want to make quince jam in the form of a confit, it requires courage and great fun, and one must appreciate the one who peels fresh peas for a salad that is also seasoned without flattery. So just once again, thank you very much, we will be happy to come back to this filling place of yours again.

Hospitality on a different level

The place is stunning, insanely clean, everything is sweet, worth taking the breakfast is delicious and indulgent, also a heated pool, also huge spa jacuzzis for each unit, privacy, view, modern design and pleasant and flowing hosts, minimal intervention on their part, just arrive! We will be back for sure

It was simply stunning!

I took a deal of a few hours that includes a couple's massage and a light meal. We enjoyed the heated jacuzzi and pool. The place is designed to a very high standard. In short, we have no doubt that we will return again. Thanks to Nava for the lovely service.

Very disappointing

The hostess is very nice, the place is clean and well-equipped, at the same time we felt that throughout the three days they pampered us with stories about the jacuzzi that doesn't heat up, I wouldn't pay such a price for a guesthouse without a jacuzzi...it's a shame that they could have apologized for the malfunction and not misled us and taken full price without giving the payoff.

Dear Ortel, when you arrived, the temperature was 38 degrees and you touched the water and said it was excellent. Unfortunately, there was one of the worst storms that day and the electricity went out. I didn't know that you had opened the cap of the hot tub and even though the temperatures in the hot tub dropped me, you only knew about it the next day at noon. I lifted the cap and the hot tub warmed up again. It is a jacuzzi measuring 3 meters by 2 meters, above what is customary in B&Bs and it takes time to heat up. We the owners of the B&Bs do everything for you to enjoy, but when the guest gets a private yard and a private jacuzzi, I know what I delivered, I have no way of knowing that something happened if you didn't inform me. It's a shame you didn't bother to update me in the morning when you saw that the water had cooled, but only in the afternoon. In addition, I allowed you to stay late on the evacuation day and enjoy the jacuzzi.

Highly recommended, a quiet, clean and well-equipped double place

It's a cold evening outside, the fire in the fireplace sends out rays of heat, the candles are lit around the fireplace, the steam from it clings to the adjacent window, wine steams the cheeks while wading in two. A great and quiet place in the picturesque Rosh Pina. Highly recommended to come when it's cold outside.

A very special experience

We arrived at Zimmer Pelina following the good reviews we read about it and realized that it is a special place and different from the others. What turns an ordinary weekend into an unforgettable experience is a correct and precise mix of location, rooms that are maintained to a high standard and above all a friendly and welcoming host with unusual giving and a big heart, who constantly makes sure that her guests don't lack for anything. Indeed, from the moment we entered the complex and met Shuli, we knew that we were in for a pleasant and unusual vacation, and we were not disappointed: the welcome is cordial and kind, the room is pleasant, well-equipped and comfortable and has a small and warm water pool adjacent to it, the breakfasts and dinners are delicious and rich, and the surrounding atmosphere is rustic and pastoral. We arrived at the B&B around 5 o'clock on Friday, everything was dark. Victoria directed us on the phone where to enter, after a few minutes she came to collect money, explained to us how not to short out the jacuzzi and left. She didn't show us the premises as they usually do.. The guest house is empty and unfurnished, really not like the picture, a blue and disgusting sofa full of stains. And sure enough we didn't get the promised treats except milk (no champagne, no fruit, nothing) After an hour we already sent her a message that we were disappointed and that we would probably like to leave tomorrow because we couldn't find a B&B at the moment, she didn't answer us and on Saturday we called several times of course she didn't answer, they got some rolls of paper A toilet from someone else but we still haven't had a response from her. It took us a day to get into the hot tub and by the time we did we discovered the water was full of insects and mosquitoes, not to mention the terrible current in the shower. It is better to shower in the Sea of Galilee. On the first morning we called her and she said she was on vacation so she turned off the phone. In short, shocking service, do not recommend and especially not for couples who want to pamper themselves on the weekend!!! All this and still no response from her after two days!! She didn't say anything when leaving, she wasn't available to us at all, not even when we just wanted to leave!! Not recommended at all!!!!

It was perfect!

We arrived at the Tehel Suite for 2 nights. Gadi received us in an amazing way and provided us with everything we wanted on vacation. The most important thing for us was the issue of privacy and the heated pool. It was beyond all expectations, the pool was at a perfect temperature, we received refreshments like a king and the atmosphere was simply excellent. It was a great vacation

Yael and Danny are charming people, they welcomed him warmly, and hosted us very cordially. The unit we were in was shiny, well maintained, and it is obvious that a lot of thought was put into every corner of the lodge, in the outdoor area and the indoor area, the breakfast that is served is very tasty and everything is served in great abundance.
