We are sorry that this is the experience you left with during your stay at Dorita Mansion.
However, it is important for us to set things straight and address your claims. First of all, we note that Dorita is a private complex, and only our guests are allowed to stay there - this is the reason why we do not allow messengers (and basically any person who is not a guest) to enter the complex. When you contacted us with a request to let the courier in, we were not in the premises and therefore could not collect the shipment for you. This is the reason why you were asked to go to the gate and collect the shipment, just as other guests are asked - in any case, the entry of the messenger would not have been possible.
Regarding the matter of the pillow - the Dorita complex does have a room service team, but as indicated on the website - the team is available until the evening hours. You arrived at the complex at 14:00 in the afternoon, and you asked for the extra pillow at 12 at night, a time when we are not available to provide non-emergency service.
As for cats - despite our great love for animals and cats in particular, and despite the accepted way of life in Moshav - cats do not roam in the private gardens of our guests, but only in the common area of the complex, to our knowledge.
As we have already mentioned, we are sorry for the unpleasant experience you had, but if we are quoted - it is appropriate that our words are not taken out of context.
