אם עדיין לא יצא לכם להגיע למתת כדי שתכנסו לרכב ותצאו לדרך. בין אם זה לחופשה או סתם לטיול יומי ללא ספק מדובר בטבע בתולי במיטבו המשלב אפשרות אירוח מגוונות. היישוב קטן מאוד והמרווח בין השטחים גדול. "צפיפות" הוא מושג שנועד לתאר את המרווחים בין העצים כאן.

המתחם- יופי, נוחות ופסיליטיז
"קפלנד" משלב בית נופש מדהים ושתי סוויטות, הטובלים בטבע פראי, עם נוף מעולה ושקט אינסופי. המקום הזה מציע את כל הנוחות והפסילטיז שאפשר לדמיין. בריכת זרמים פרטית גדולה במיוחד, 2 סאונות יבשות "אישיות", טלוויזיות חכמות עם חיבור לוויני (1500 ערוצים), עיצוב מודרני, כורסת עיסוי "שווה", מיטות מתכווננות, מקלחון עם 2 ראשי גשם וכל מה שצריך בשביל "להתפנק" עד הסוף.

הגישה לכאן קלה יחסית. יש חניה פרטית למתחם וממנה מדרגות מעטות שחולפות על פני בריכת דגים גדולה מובילות לכניסה לבית הנופש. מדרגות נוספות המלוות ברחש פכפוך המים מהמפל הצידי מובילות לסוויטה הרומנטית, משם גרם מדרגות נוסף מוביל לסוויטה "הצפונית". 

בשטח המקיף את המתחם יש חוות תבלינים, פינות ישיבה, שולחן עץ גדול מנגל פחמים מעוצב, ופכפוך מים מרגיע. 

בית הנופש- מעוצב היטב, עם אבזור מתקדם
בית האבן מעוצב באופן אותנטי-יוקרתי ומחולק ל 2 מפלסים: המפלס המרכזי משלב בין סלון מרווח ונעים ובו כורסת עיסוי מקצועית, קמין עצים ושולחן אוכל מעוצב. 

אזור המטבח פונקציונלי מאוד ומאובזר לגמרי במקרר גדול, מדיח כלים, מכונת קפה, מיקרוגל, תנור אפייה גדול 5 להבות גז ומקומות אכסון רבים. יש במפלס זה "חדר פלייסטיישן" עם ספה (נפתחת למיטה זוגית) וטלוויזיה.

במפלס העליון יש חדר שינה זוגי עם מיטה זוגית גדולה ומתכווננת, טלוויזיה וארון בגדים. דלת נוספת מובילה לאזור ובו חדר השינה המרכזי עם מיטה זוגית גדולה ומתכווננת, טלוויזיה, ארון בגדים ויציאה למרפסת נוף פרטית (כזו שבאמת שווה את הויכוח מי יישן באיזה חדר).

בצמוד יש חדר רחצה (היחידי במבנה- לתשומת לבכם) ומטבחון. יש גם חדר הסבה ובו ספה נפתחת, טלוויזיה וארון בגדים נוסף.

מהמפלס הזה יש יציאה לאזור ספא (בטיחותי) ובו בריכת זרמים פרטית ו- 2 סאונות אישיות (חבית עץ אישית, המגיעה עד 53 מעלות) והכל בתוך הטבע ובפרטיות מלאה. אפשר להגיע לאזור הספא גם מסביב למבנה.

הסוויטה הרומנטית- מרפסת פרטית בתוך הטבע
הסוויטה ממוקמת במבנה נפרד ונהנת ממרפסת פרטית בתוך הטבע. חלל הסוויטה מחולק ל-2 ומשלב עיצוב מודרני וכפרי. מצד אחד סלון אינטימי עם ספת ישיבה, טלוויזיה  ואזור המטבח ובו מקרר מיקרוגל ומכונת קפה (ללא אפשרות בישול) ושולחן אוכל זוגי.

בצד השני יש את חדר השינה ובו מיטה זוגית מתכווננת, ארון בגדים, טלוויזיה וחדר רחצה עם 2 ראשי גשם.
בין החללים, שקוע בקיר קמין עצים גדול.

הסוויטה הצפונית: האחות החדשה והיפה
הסוויטה הצפונית ממוקמת במבנה אבן  נפרד בקצה המתחם וגם לה נוף מדהים ועיצוב כפרי-מודרני מקסים. במקום 2 חדרי שינה - אחד זוגי והשני עם 2 מיטות. בסוויטה יש סלון עם ספה נפתחת כך שניתן לארח עד 5 נפשות.

פינת האוכל חביבה והמטבחון מאובזר מכל טוב. הריהוט ברמה גבוהה, כולל מיטות מתכוונות, קמין עץ ומרכז בידור עם מאות ערוצי טלוויזיה. בחצר הצמודה ג'קוזי עגול בצל העצים, ושבילי אבן בין החורש הפראי.

המארחים- הגשמה של חלום
גל, בחור מיוחד ללא ספק, החליט למנף את משבר גיל ה-40 וביחד עם אשתו קרן עזבו את העבודות ורכשו את מתחם האירוח במתת.

בזכות שיפוץ מאסיבי החל גל להגשים את חזונו ולפתח מקום בו יוכל להטמיע מסורת- מפגש משפחתי מורחב  3 פעמים בשנה- אבל לשנים על גבי שנים קדימה. כך שגם הנכדים עוד כמה עשרות שנים יוכלו להגיע לכאן ולשמור על המסורת. את החלום הוא הגשים בעזרת קרן, זוגתו, מעצבת גרפית במקצועה ובעלת גישה אסטתית מובהקת שדאגה לעיצוב המקום.

לסיכום- שילוב באמת מיוחד וחסר תקדים במתת: לקחת את הטבע הפראי, ולהפוך אותו לתפאורה במחלקה הראשונה של הנופש. אם ככה חווים את משבר גיל ה-40 היום- אז  ! BRING IT ON

"Capeland" combines an amazing vacation home and two suites, immersed in wild nature, with an excellent view and endless silence. This place offers all the comfort and convenience you can imagine. An extra large private jet pool, 2 "personal" dry saunas, smart TVs with satellite connection (1500 channels), modern design, a "worthy" massage chair, adjustable beds, a shower with 2 rain heads and everything you need to "pamper yourself" to the end.

Access here is relatively easy. There is a private parking lot for the complex and from there a few steps that pass by a large fish pond lead to the entrance to the holiday home. Additional stairs accompanied by the sound of the lapping water from the side waterfall lead to the romantic suite, from where another flight of stairs leads to the "northern" suite.

In the area surrounding the complex there is a spice farm, sitting areas, a large wooden table, a designed charcoal barbecue, and a relaxing water fountain.

The stone house is designed in an authentic-luxurious way and is divided into 2 levels: the central level combines a spacious and cozy living room with a professional massage chair, a wood-burning fireplace and a designed dining table.

The kitchen area is very functional and fully equipped with a large refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, large 5 burner gas oven and many storage spaces. On this level there is a "playstation room" with a sofa (opens to a double bed) and a TV.

On the upper level there is a double bedroom with a large adjustable double bed, TV and wardrobe. Another door leads to the area with the central bedroom with a large adjustable double bed, TV, wardrobe and access to a private balcony with a view (one that is really worth the debate over who will sleep in which room).

Adjacent is a bathroom (the only one in the building - for your attention) and a kitchenette. There is also a dressing room with a pull-out sofa, TV and an additional wardrobe.

From this level there is an exit to a spa area (safety) with a private stream pool and 2 personal saunas (personal wooden barrel, reaching up to 53 degrees) and all within nature and in complete privacy. You can also reach the spa area around the building.

The romantic suite - a private balcony in the middle of nature
The suite is located in a separate building and enjoys a private balcony in the middle of nature. The suite space is divided into 2 and combines modern and rustic design. On the one hand, an intimate living room with a sofa, TV and the kitchen area with a refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine (no cooking option) and a double dining table.

On the other side is the bedroom with an adjustable double bed, wardrobe, TV and bathroom with 2 rain heads.
Between the spaces, a large wood-burning fireplace is sunk into the wall.

The North Suite: The beautiful new sister
The northern suite is located in a separate stone building at the edge of the complex and also has an amazing view and a charming rustic-modern design. The place has 2 bedrooms - one double and the other with 2 beds. The suite has a living room with a sofa bed so that up to 5 people can be accommodated.

The dining area is nice and the kitchenette is well equipped. The furnishings are of a high standard, including adjustable beds, a wood fireplace and an entertainment center with hundreds of TV channels. In the adjoining yard there is a round jacuzzi in the shade of the trees, and stone paths through the wild woods.
