Stayed in unit: The Cabins

Peace, quiet and peace

We stayed in the wooden cabin, already at the reception Ilanit welcomed us very nicely. The B&B itself is surprising because it is much more beautiful than the pictures, a huge jacuzzi overlooks a view of heaven, and outside there is a beautiful waterfall, and we also enjoyed the shared, large heated pool. Everything is completely clean and aesthetic, and the advantage is the quietness of the place and the privacy.

Very reasonable for the price

The villa was large, the pool was very pleasant, the welcome when we entered was excellent and the owner who received us was nice, there was a major lack of cleanliness in the villa, in addition to that the TV remote was broken and the TV did not respond. We are happy about the things you mentioned positively that you enjoyed them. We were surprised and regretted the things you mentioned negatively, because they do not correspond to the high standard of hospitality we adhere to, as can also be seen from the abundance of praise written by other guests. The things you mentioned for improvement were only said in retrospect and not during the 3 days of hosting, so we were not given the opportunity to check in real time and take care if necessary. It is not clear to us why you did not contact us immediately when you encountered a problem. Hi Aliza, we do our best to provide a perfect dining experience to every guest who comes to us. It starts with strictness on the level of cleanliness and maintenance and continues with our service and care for each and every guest. Despite our many efforts, we are not free from mistakes and indeed you received the villa with a slight delay and 3 towels were forgotten in the shower cabinet. We take responsibility and learn from it. However, to describe the beautiful and polished villa in the way you described following 3 towels feels unfair to us. Throughout your stay, we went out of our way to improve your check-in experience, we responded to every request and offered you a host of treats, including a late check-out, but all of this was not enough since you insisted on a large financial compensation that did not suit the case in our opinion. We are not used to receiving this kind of opinion, but we will continue to do our best with great love for our guests.

It was nice but disappointing

Was very nice, but did not match expectations. The place is faithful to the photos only with a difference of a few years. The cleanliness was not at a high level (an alcove with hair that was forgotten in the shower, dust on the counter, most of the furniture except for very dirty) and neither was the maintenance, especially in the right cabin which feels very old (the balcony at the entrance is in very bad condition, the marble is broken, ceramics are cracked, etc.), in addition to all kinds of Small shortcomings, certainly no investment in details was felt. Pros: complete privacy, the right cabin is divided into a bedroom and a living room, very comfortable with children, nice treats - wine, chocolates, fresh fruit. Breakfast comes from an outside supplier - lots of plenty but most things are very basic - uniform sliced bread, ski cheese, yellow cheese, pastrami, boxed olives, etc. For the price it would have been better to buy the things in the supermarket.

However, we adhere to a high level of cleanliness and maintenance and we are sorry if something was missed during your visit. This is the first time in a long time that we have gone on vacation and not been there ourselves to welcome you and make sure that everything is at the high level of dining that all our guests receive. Stayed in unit: The Suite

We felt like at home

The suite fit us like a glove. As we entered we felt the atmosphere of a fun and cozy home. The fridge was full of 2 cartons of milk, beers and carbonated drinks. There was a microwave and a coffee maker and a basket of waffles and snacks. We carried half the house but the majority was in the kitchen (salt, pepper, tea, coffee, sugar, champagne). There are plates, dinnerware, bowls, an electric plate, a small toaster, a cutting board and a grater and full of mugs and bowls. There is a balcony at the exit from the living room with synthetic grass and a swing and a brick barbecue corner with barbecue utensils just bring coals and meats. There is a gorgeous view and excellent air and there are 3 TVs in the bedroom, a children's room and a living room of course and we spent time in the jacuzzi in the bedroom and went down to the communal pool complex and it turned out that we were alone and there is also a current pool and jacuzzi. In short, we had fun with the older children and pampered the soldier son who went on vacation and many thanks to the hosts who immediately responded to every request and treated us to treats on our way out

Perfect and a little more

On our way there are two cabins and only one thing sucks... that it ends. It was a perfect experience, no less. The love, investment and thought were evident in every corner of this wonderful B&B, full of treats and surprises, from homemade cookies to a crazy surround sound system, a fine CD collection and a carefully selected book corner. A peaceful and pampering experience. I have no doubt that we will be back and soon. Thank you Yael and Danny 💝

An accommodation unit on another level

A few levels above a normal B&B. Beyond the impressive size, the building was designed for maximum privacy and comfort. A host of surprising treats from the hostess Gitti. Breathtaking view. Two real and luxurious pools. Perfect for dog owners because there is a huge enclosed area. Our dog was also enthusiastic about the horses in the stables opposite that licked her when we took a spin in the lovely seat :) A simply perfect experience that justifies the price.

No need abroad

First of all, Pinina the host welcomes the guests warmly and is very willing to spoil them. The B&B itself is very clean and equipped, there is a lot of privacy and space for all the guests. The location inside a beautiful and quiet observatory. We really enjoyed the pool overlooking the landscape, the thought of all the details and the atmosphere that Pnina and Reuven create. highly recommend!

Perfect B&B

We stayed at the Zimmer for two nights and didn't want to leave the room! Let's not talk about the crazy view from the jacuzzi in the room, the silence in the place itself, the atmosphere, all the design of the smallest details. We will be back, thank you very much for the warm hospitality!
