Exceeded expectations!

First of all the hosts were patient with all our requests, in addition to that they surprised us with cocktails to the room. Also, our Louis XVI stay spoiled us with the use of the Moroccan Suite pool in addition to the Louis XVI accessories! It was just fun, and a lot of investment. Thank you very much for everything 💕💕

The place and the location are simply stunning. In reality it is more beautiful than all the pictures and descriptions. The hospitality is warm and rich, the place is equipped with thought and rigor and allows for a romantic and magical atmosphere alongside simple operation of all the equipment. Unlike other places, everything works and functions perfectly. The place was designed and executed by the owners of the place, Yael and Danny, with good taste and exceptional woodwork and decoration. We enjoyed every moment. The privacy, the treats, the breakfast and the warmth of the hosts. We will return there soon and highly recommend it to anyone who is interested.

A little sad

Good people built a very large complex and invested a lot of money and thought, but at least for us they failed to convey a feeling of pampering. I would like to emphasize that we do not want to appear as those who do unnecessary "shaming", but this is our experience. NIS 2100 per night, but the bed and breakfast lacks amenities. "Homemade cookies" are guaranteed. nothing. We were asked at the entrance if we like wine. Of course yes.. they promised to bring. Didn't arrive until departure. A lot was invested in the planning of the complex and its beauty, but not in maintenance. The large bathroom cannot be closed (neither locked nor closed) and it has no heating. There are only huge towels. There is no normality. The cleaning in the bathroom is problematic, including in the corners of the ceiling. Undiscarded cigarette butts were found behind the spa hot tub. The water temperature in the pool is good for swimming and less good for wading. We were unable to enter the jacuzzi in the spa at all due to a very high temperature that cannot be regulated by the guest. In the morning we found the jacuzzi spa completely empty of water. The maintenance man was not in the area. They tried to fix it. In the evening the water was only at 29 degrees. A day No spa. We asked for breakfast at 9:00 AM. They were surprised that it was impossible. Only 9:30 AM and this is the default regardless of what your plans are for the morning. The meal arrived packaged only at 10:15 AM and was standard minus in designed plastic dishes. Some of the tastings were actually samples (! ). Shakshuka is excellent. The meal is provided to the entire complex (4 B&Bs + a villa) at the same time by a contractor and it is not possible to change. There is a contractor for Friday and another contractor for Shabbat who forgot to notify us of our presence at the location. The forgetfulness this time can perhaps be forgiven because the hosts gathered the night before for a family mourning event, but the bottom line is that breakfast arrived at 11:15 when we were already getting into the car to return home. (Check out on Saturday at 12:00) Even if she had arrived earlier it is problematic because this arrangement prevents any planning of tours in the area when we have already entered the car to return home. (Check out on Saturday at 12:00). What's a shame is that all the problems could have been solved relatively easily

It was simply amazing

First of all - the place is brand new!!! There's no fun like staying at a place where you know you're among the pioneers who nurture it😁 Secondly, the place is designed at a very high level with thought to every detail and with a crazy view! And finally, the host was charming, met us with music and air conditioning on heat 😍 and made sure to recommend and advise us. In conclusion - we had a lot of fun!!! And waiting to come back again in the summer❤️
