We froze

We arrived in Kfar Vardim after a two-hour drive. Reception was by phone. We turned on the jacuzzi the first few times we turned it on there was a flow every time dirt came out of the jets (hair and dust) fine we take it out and move on, later we found out that the jacuzzi loses water so we constantly have to fill it up. A corner outside is not covered so the armchairs there are wet. The air conditioner was on from the moment we arrived and the complex is still frozen!! We didn't sleep well at all. We froze to death. Fortunately, the jacuzzi was working to warm us up in the morning before the trip home. When we pointed out the disabilities to the owner of the B&B, she replied that she was sorry and had no way to help us... In addition, when booking the B&B, there was an option for breakfast that day as well. She informed us that it was not relevant and if We want to go to a coffee shop in the area and of course canceling a deal before the date must be completed. And at the end of the vacation we went home, she simply owed me without asking if we should share or if we were satisfied, etc. She simply owed me. Not recommended at all!

Hi Avishi, we were very sorry to read your opinion especially in light of our many efforts to welcome you warmly and I mean that literally because as you shared, we made sure to warm up the B&B before your arrival and even lit candles in the whole room (admittedly guilty, hopeless romantics). Browsing through the favorable opinions of our guests, you will see that what sets us apart is our services (therefore, contrary to the standard, we charge only at the end of the stay) and we are champions at responding to every request, if you had communicated with us in real time, we guarantee that you would have experienced this as well. We are the first to take responsibility and we always learn from feedback, but in this case the opinion you posted is unfair in our eyes and far from reflecting what happened.

A few minutes from the sea, a place equipped and at a high level. We got a clean room, with wine and a refrigerator full of treats.. We had a great time!

Pnina was very nice and provided information about the area and the surrounding area, even before we arrived. The B&B is clean and equipped with everything you need, we spent a whole rainy day there and it was a lot of fun

Great for families

We arrived as an extended family: grandparents got their own floor (bedroom + bathroom + living room and small kitchen), and on the second floor a large and luxurious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms for each couple + a baby bed, and upstairs on the gallery floor are the children, who enjoyed their private kingdom very much And they made a gymboree of pillows and mattresses on the floor... The villa is clean, equipped and designed to a high standard. We really enjoyed the large jacuzzi and the heated pool. The huge shower on the second floor was very convenient for showering all the children together after the pool... Liav was a perfect host: he provided us with a list of recommendations for restaurants and trips in the area, made sure that we were met upon entering the villa for explanations of the place and the equipment, came in himself in the evening and brought treats of fruit and chocolate, My soldier sister joined unexpectedly and Liav did not charge an extra fee for her.. and even made sure to send us one of the toys that the children forgot at the villa... in short, very satisfied and sure we will come back again!

The most perfect vacation!

A perfect suite and at a very high level! A complex that has everything from everything, every little detail was thought of, clean, well-kept, excellently maintained, a pampering and perfect place with complete privacy, we felt like we were in a dream! A real paradise! Shush and Yair the hosts were available for any question the breakfast is exceptionally delicious!! We could not have asked for a more perfect vacation than the Blanco Suite. There is no doubt that we will return there soon!!

wonderful, fun and indulgent

The place is impressive, big and comfortable. Very clean which is especially important to us and pleasant. Everything is in good taste, spacious. We were a couple and we had a lot of fun, also suitable for family fun. It was hard to leave the B&B because it was fun and full of possibilities and pleasure. Also a private pool, also a yard and a pampering complex, a huge jacuzzi. It was excellent, above and beyond expectations and we will definitely be back.

A perfect family vacation

We stayed in the entire complex, adults and children. Lily and Moshe welcomed us with open arms and a big heart. They made sure to check when we arrived to heat our lodgings (it was cold outside), were present all the time but did not disturb, supervised and pampered, making sure we felt that we were important. The entire complex is rich in well-kept vegetation and impressive handmade sculptures. The rooms are very clean, well-kept, spacious, decorated with beautiful and special accessories. It is clear that our hosts are aware of the needs of the guests, that it is important for them to allow the guests a real vacation. The shared complex suited our needs exactly, especially on cold days. The indoor heated pool, the pampering jacuzzi, the billiard table and the dining area. The hospitality at Neuf painting was just perfect! The thought and attention to even the smallest details is evident in every corner. You really feel the love the hosts have for the place they built, and the efforts and investment to give us, the guests, the best possible experience. Highly recommend!
