When thoughtful design is part of a romantic vacation
Let's play with associations: the cult series "Mad Men", Marilyn Monroe, Elvis Presley, rock and roll in its infancy... Is there one thing? All these nostalgic memories have one thing in common: the 1950s of the century that ended, a vibrant, colorful, and fascinating period that revolutionized the worldview, lifestyle, and aesthetics of all of humanity.
At "Fiftys" two suites are designed in the spirit of the fifties and are very well-appointed. With rich furnishings, panoramic views and a unique atmosphere, the suites here offer excellent accommodation for couples.
The two suites at Fivetis are located in a spacious building, with separate access and complete privacy. The suites are located below the host house, with partial privacy in the shared outdoor area but have an open view, a heated swimming pool, stylish outdoor furniture and two designed "canopy" sheds, with a dining table and romantic lighting.
This is a complex with a panoramic, authentic and unique view, which "floats" above the nearby nature reserve, "breathes" the open azure sky, and touches the line of the Galilee Mountains that meet the Mediterranean Sea on the horizon.
As mentioned, the stylish design in the "Fifties" , with its surprising urban line, is accompanied by a rich technical specification, which includes, among other things, sophisticated jacuzzi facilities, adjustable LCD screens, rain showerheads, and large beds with orthopedic mattresses and a pampering layer.
The suites are built as an open space, with a wide wall of windows overlooking the landscape, which creates a blur between inside and outside and infuses the space with natural, soft, and bright lighting. The organization of the space combines functionality with high aesthetics: the living room corner, sleeping areas, bathroom, and kitchen are located in niches that are visually separated by levels and partial walls, with each area having its own character, a harmonious color palette, and a complete design "story."
The two suites share a similar design line, based, as mentioned, on the "pop art" style. The restored furniture details, characterized by a high level of aesthetics alongside practicality and durability, were carefully selected from collectors' markets. Black-and-white period wall photographs give the space a sense of authenticity and documentary accuracy.
Decorative details and textiles in a retro motif are full of vibrant colors and an artistic touch. Lighting fixtures in "flowing" shapes with rounded contours enhance the effect of height and space. The color palette is surprising: on a solid gray background, non-standard colors stand out, including optimistic and cheerful shades of yellow and green.
The suites at "Fiftys" are a prime example of romantic B&Bs that offer a superb design experience, in addition to pampering the body and mind. They are designed for lovers of impeccable quality, nostalgia, sophisticated aesthetics, and beautiful, well-designed outdoor areas.
